The last in the series is Yamada Nishiki🌾. The fourth bottle is the first bottle, right? Chibi chibi 🍶 while looking back at Sake no Wa. The last Yamadanishiki has the best balance of acidity, umami and sweetness. The result is that all 4 bottles were delicious✨. This is the end of the long term inventory. Next time, I'll finally upload this year's stock. ⤴️

Of the four bottles in the 2022 series, I was most looking forward to drinking Banshu Aizan🍶. After debating whether or not to pull the bottle of Yamadanishiki first, I decided to pull the bottle as released 🍾. A solid sake that doesn't show the passage of time. The sweetness of the Aizan is felt in the crisp, fruity taste ✨. There is only one more sake rice variety of Amami left 🍾. I'm looking forward to it 🍾.

A dry and crisp drink for the sweetness of Valentine's Day. So we chose a sake we had at home ✨ (For some reason, the bottle was already opened and only one sip was left) This is my first time drinking this brand! I heard it's a limited edition sake from the supermarket Belk? Collaboration with Sumo wrestler? I've never heard of the sake brewery either. It's a goof 🙏.

New Year's party at a friend's house 🍾. Sogape 🍾 after letting it languish for over 6 months. The sweetest of the series, the No. 2 yeast Dou✨. I forgot that it was corked, not capped, and was in a hurry to get it out of the bottle💦. Sake? This is wine 🍷. No, it's sake-like in the absence of astringency and acidity 🍶. I don't know how to describe it, but it has a mouthfeel that can't be fully conveyed in the framework of sake. Delicious ✨

My birthday🍰. I was going to open on this day Pray for Lot 2023 🍾. The numbering is 415th out of 800 bottles! I got a glass and a set of bottles and started to uncork the bottle 🍾. From the weight of the glass to the feel to the mouthfeel ✨ And the taste of the sake itself ✨ All of them are the best 🤩! This completes the 2023 Kangiku! What kind of changes will 2024 show us? From now on, enjoy a variety of sakes in this glass 🥂♪

The second bottle of Amami from the recent inventory sweep 🍾. This one also has a freshness to it for having been sitting around for a year and a half 🫧It's a bit more tart than the Senbon Nishiki ✨mmm, my favorite 🍶. I have a birthday week and the rest of the New Year's party this week, so I guess the other two bottles will be a bit longer.... I think I'm going to forget what it tastes like💦.

Finally, Houou Mita's Black Phoenix: 🐦‍⬛ Aizan's typical strong sweet taste of sweetness 🍶. The label is great as always! Is it just me or does this label remind you of Saint Seiya? LOL!

The second kind of drinking - 🍶. I was able to drink it! Sharaku Oorigarami✨ I couldn't buy it this year, so I had to try it! It's more crisp than the Junmai! I should have drank this one first😭. However, it's delicious!

We have 4 bottles of Tenbi✨ finally uncorked 🍾 in 2022. It's been sitting around for about a year and a half, but it's surprisingly vibrant 🫧. It's delicious 😋, with a sweetness and a sense of maturity. I've heard a lot of stories about the change of toji (master brewer), but good sake is still good sake! I have 3 bottles left🍶I need to finish them while I still remember the taste💦.

The end of the first round of New Year's party is a dry and crisp ✨! Crisp and refreshing! I've never seen Fudo's Dry Bite before 🍶. Sometimes dry taste is fun 🤣. I don't actually have a picture of it, but we had Modern Sentori before Fudo 🍶. This is the end of this upload. New Year's party next week 🍺. Will you be able to find a new sake?

New Year's party! I'm not sure how many New Year's parties I've been to, but after the toast beer 🍺, nikomaru 😃. It's nice to drink a brand you can't buy in a store 😃. But the price is 💦. You can buy a four-pack after drinking one 😭. But the moment they pour it in front of you is very luxurious 🍾. Drink a sip, two sips, three sips, and then nikomaru☺️ The fourth drink was...not 💦.

1️⃣ month is so busy that I can't buy anything 😭 That's why I have one 🍶 from my home inventory. Yamadanishiki from Shinshu Kamerei 🌾. And it's a March 2023 lot 🍾. It's already been almost a year 💦. It still has the freshness that is typical of Shinshu Kamerei, but it also has the richness of a matured wine ✨. When I drink good sake, I want a different kind of good sake. I'll go buy some tomorrow 🚗.

I decided to consume stock alcohol this year 2024✨. I'll start with the flying feet~. I'm so used to sweet sake that even ➕1 seems too spicy for me today. It has a crisp taste with a mild sweetness. I'm not a fan of this Japanese sweetness 😭 This year, I'm going to try more different kinds of sake than last year! but in the end, I will probably end up picking up my favorite brand based on my experience so far, lol.
