I haven't been able to buy any new sake or nigori sake this year due to my schedule 😭
Even when I went to buy them, they were sold out😭
Then I found Eiko Fuji 🗻.
And it's my first time drinking freshly squeezed sake 🍾.
It's crisp and light like Shiboritate but with a robust flavor like Eiko Fuji ✨.
The label and naming of Eiko Fuji always intrigues me...

Roman series is celebrating its 10th anniversary✨.
I've only had this sake for the most recent few years, but it's very good!
It's more subdued and elegant than the usual Roman series. But the Mimuro cedariness is still there and it's delicious 😋.

I couldn't buy it during the first round,

When we went to our usual liquor store, we were told there were only 2 bottles left 💦 so we quickly picked one up and bought it 💴.
The clerk told me it was a "shuwa shuwa" (shuwa shuwa) 🫧 but with Houou Mita? I can't imagine that 🍾 and then I corked it 🍾.
It's so shuwa shuwa 🫧!
The sweetness is strong, but the shuashuwa makes it refreshing ✨.
Great taste and costa!
