I drank this sake in Suwa. It is Yuucho. The body is silky with a hint of grease, thick, and has a strong aroma of cooked rice and miso. It goes great with gyoza.

The wine is full-bodied and rich, with some floral and fruit aromas. Rich in structure, high in alcohol and a bit on top. Paired with beef ribs, diaphragm, wagyu tempura, and gun squid. Long finish.

In the evening, I paired it with red marmalade and kanto.
The freshness of the raw sake has faded a bit because it has been sitting for some time, but it is still light and elegant.
After being chilled, it was warm with a hint of coldness. This is 80% of Akita Sake Komachi, but it is lively and lovely.
It is easy to drink one glass at a time and toast.

Pleasant aroma, soft taste, some purposefulness and rounded mouthfeel. The temperature is snow cold, and it goes well with the bluefin tuna from Nagasaki.
It is a good wine worth buying again and again.

Colorai is a wine I have been enjoying lately. The aroma of this straight draw contains grapefruit and green apple. The wine is soft and cheerful, very good drinking experience.
It goes well with snapper, sweet shrimp and sea urchin.

Very interesting wine. One period, two bottles of wine light and full. mix your own ratio to drink. We experimented with 2:1, 3:1 and 1:2, 1:3. Different styles, different flavors.
Everyone, be sure to try it.

Today I tasted the ultra-limited version of the New Deal, Purple Eight in Hand.
Delicate and elegant aroma with a hint of warmth in the mouth. Great balance and structure. The finish has jumpiness and is a great wine.

This is a sake that is specially paired with oysters. The name is Bamboo Leaf Oyster (:-D) The aroma has a more pronounced purpose in the nose. The mouthfeel is soft with a slight overtones. The body is slightly thin and the finish is medium.
