It sat at freezing zero for four years (I forget). It turned out to have an unexpected flavor. Aromas of taro, honey and honeydew melon. The wine is smooth and gentle, with a firm, full-bodied structure. There is a sense of honey and noble rot. Should be good with desserts. Long finish. Pairing: Fondue Score: 93/100

I had this wine at the harbor restaurant in Wakkanai, the northernmost point of Japan. Slightly green apple and rice aromas, slightly sweet in the mouth, very refreshing. Simple structure and low alcohol. Great for a toast, the northernmost point, the northernmost voyage! Pairing: Wakkanai Sarutobi Scallops and Soya Wagyu Steak. Score: 90

Purchased at JR Obihiro Station. Hokkaido only. Drink it on the limited express train to Wakkanai. Aroma of citrus, green apple, honeydew melon, and a hint of cooked rice. The mouthfeel is sweet, and the honeydew melon flavor is obvious. Well-balanced, slightly thick, with medium to high alcohol and lingering. Long finish. Pair with: peanuts, crab sticks, potato chips. Score: 93/100

I drank it at the Iwate Prefectural Sake Show Convention. Why is it so good? The aroma was so light that it felt like it was caressing my nose. The body of the sake is light and airy, with a high clean elegance. I didn't hesitate to buy a bottle to take away! Very nice! Rating: 95/100

Saw it at Sendai station. Just in time to enjoy it on the way to Hachinohe! Shinkansen Izakaya has opened. The body is crisp and clean, with a hint of green apple aroma. I bought this sake at the Nonguchi Shohiko Research Center in Kannon Shimo-cho, and brought it back to China after traveling thousands of miles. Drinking it off at a party with friends today. Although 17 degrees, the alcohol feeling is not very strong. The aroma is strong and charming. There are some flavors of honeydew melon and pear. The mouth is soft, the body is thick, and the aftertaste is long. Sweet aftertaste. Score: 91/100

Super full of bubbles! Scared the hell out of me. Raw rice flavors are strong and slightly acidic, with a rich, concentrated body, long finish, and a slightly anti-bitter finish. Extremely refreshing! Pair with a top delicacy: Echizen Shio sea urchin, purchased from Fukui tentatsu. expensive but superbly paired with the ultimate freshness. Rating: 93/100
