It sat at freezing zero for four years (I forget). It turned out to have an unexpected flavor.
Aromas of taro, honey and honeydew melon. The wine is smooth and gentle, with a firm, full-bodied structure. There is a sense of honey and noble rot. Should be good with desserts. Long finish.
