Very wonderful!!! Extremely clear, soft in the mouth, with a very pleasant fruity aroma, and toffee, nutty notes. The finish is very long!
Pairing: peanuts

Cloud: The wine is finished, the spring dew is cold on the cold windy mountain, and the moon rushes to the most upstream river.
Soft body, elegant aroma, soft and sweet.
Score: 94/100
Slightly bubbly, sweet in the mouth, and calm on the finish. I seem to be standing on the cold wind mountain hill overlooking the Male Deer Peninsula. Song Dynasty poet Qingzhenju Zhou Bangyan has a saying: the water is clear and round, a wind lotus lift. Is also.

A touch more delicate than the yonai bird, a touch more elegant than the eight-legged crow, and a touch more subdued than the pink unicorn.

Really like this brand.
This wine has a pronounced aroma of French pears and is full-bodied, lingering, slightly sweet with a slightly bitter finish.

It sat at freezing zero for four years (I forget). It turned out to have an unexpected flavor.
Aromas of taro, honey and honeydew melon. The wine is smooth and gentle, with a firm, full-bodied structure. There is a sense of honey and noble rot. Should be good with desserts. Long finish.
Pairing: Fondue

I had this wine at the harbor restaurant in Wakkanai, the northernmost point of Japan. Slightly green apple and rice aromas, slightly sweet in the mouth, very refreshing. Simple structure and low alcohol. Great for a toast, the northernmost point, the northernmost voyage!
Pairing: Wakkanai Sarutobi Scallops and Soya Wagyu Steak.

Purchased at JR Obihiro Station. Hokkaido only.
Drink it on the limited express train to Wakkanai. Aroma of citrus, green apple, honeydew melon, and a hint of cooked rice. The mouthfeel is sweet, and the honeydew melon flavor is obvious. Well-balanced, slightly thick, with medium to high alcohol and lingering. Long finish.
Pair with: peanuts, crab sticks, potato chips.

Drunk at the Corner House. Smooth and fresh, slightly sweet in the mouth, back to bitter on the finish, tightly structured and balanced.

I drank it at the Iwate Prefectural Sake Show Convention. Why is it so good? The aroma was so light that it felt like it was caressing my nose. The body of the sake is light and airy, with a high clean elegance. I didn't hesitate to buy a bottle to take away! Very nice!

Saw it at Sendai station. Just in time to enjoy it on the way to Hachinohe! Shinkansen Izakaya has opened.
The body is crisp and clean, with a hint of green apple aroma. In the mouth it's refreshingly easy to drink, slightly sweet, and very drinkable. Medium finish with dried beef tongue and fish skewers.
