I brought Otter Sacrifice Mill to a party today. The aroma is fresh. There are hints of white grapes, honeydew melon, and apples interspersed with small white floral flavors. Lingering and round in the mouth, well concentrated, medium structure, not very complex. Long finish. Pairs well with a variety of roasted birds.

In the evening, I paired it with red marmalade and kanto.
The freshness of the raw sake has faded a bit because it has been sitting for some time, but it is still light and elegant.
After being chilled, it was warm with a hint of coldness. This is 80% of Akita Sake Komachi, but it is lively and lovely.
It is easy to drink one glass at a time and toast.
