@Hasegawa. It has been a long time since I have been to Morishima-san. I think the last time I drank Omachi was around autumn,... Anyway, I remember it was shockingly delicious. I bought it again for sure this time! The gorgeous aroma of Miyamanishiki also has a delicious rice flavor. It is a delicious sake 🍶. Morishima-san is also a good sake with very high quality and low price in my opinion. Good sake again tonight! Yum 😋😋😋😋

@Gift Today, a friend of mine from the same company in the past came back from Fukuoka to Tokyo for the first time in 4 years! So we had a dinner party at our place! The sake he gave me as a souvenir was this. Tanaka Rokugo I'd seen the label before, and I knew one day it would be, but today was the day! I'm never disappointed with Fukuoka sake, so here's to hoping*! The flavor of the rice is transmitted to the palate and the taste is rich! Sashimi again today. Naturally it goes well with it 😆. I drank it all by myself. The others had one or two. I'm sorry, it was really delicious. But it's good 😋😋😋😋.

@Oyakawasan I asked for recommendations for sake from Chugoku and Shikoku, and the sake that came up was Kaygetsu. With all due respect, I was not familiar with this sake. It was a cosy, beautiful and drinkable sake. I thought this price for a junmai-daigin sake would be kind to my wallet. It had been a while since I had had a good sake, and it was a cup that made me feel that Junmai Daiginjo is doing a good job after all. There are many sake brands in every corner of Japan, but they are all very deep! Yum 😋😋😋😋

@Oyakawasan A hidden sake I've been wanting to drink since last year. I had not been able to find it because of its limited season. Found it when I happened to visit the store! I had purchased it right away😜. As the waiter said, the hidden sake has a strong flavor of rice, and the richness of the rice flavor makes the meal delicious! I think it may be the most flavorful Nabeshima I've ever had! Seems like a lot of Nabeshima these days. It's good, so I guess it's okay. I was enjoying my evening drink while thinking about it. Yum 😋😋😋😋

@Sugiura I drank it with the previous check-in, Tamitsu (Junmai), from Nabeshima, Ihyakumangoku. It seems to be a draft version that is only served at this time of the year. I didn't know this because I don't know much about sake, but the fun of encountering good sake at the right time of the year and at the right time of the year is one of the best things about sake 😍. It looks different from what I've had so far, so I'm looking forward to it. From the moment you open your mouth, you can smell Nabeshima! I know it's delicious, but it's exciting. The mouthfeel is firm, as is typical of Nabeshima. The aroma may be a little different from that of "Tokujun". But as a food sake, it is still very good! I still like Nabeshima. Good 😋😋😋😋😋😋😋

Good evening😊. I too like the Gohyakumangoku junmai the best, especially the Nabeshima in its raw form ✨I agree it's perfect as a food sake! I'm sure you'll get it 😋. Other Nabeshima's fight with meat and fresh vegetables... as a result, this one is the best 😊.

Mr. Chidori I drank it for the first time and was quite disappointed in a good way. I also think Gohyakumangoku is wonderful. The more I drink, the more I realize why people say Nabeshima is so good!

@Sugiura Following last week's Fukkomachi I asked for sake recommendations again this week and got a variety of w I can't buy it because I'm so confused 😂. I have a guest coming over today. I was thinking one bottle 😜. I just couldn't narrow it down and ended up with two Yongou bottles! The first bottle is this Tamitsu, which is said to be delicious as a food sake! I was also told that it goes well with sashimi, so I decided to buy it! Now let's have some fun ✨! I drank it with Nabeshima. This sake was recommended to me and it was just as good. It is a very good sake with aroma and a sharp sharpness after the deliciousness. We drank it with 3 of us, so it was quickly consumed. I think it is a good sake. I highly recommend it! It's good 😋😋😋😋😋😋.

@Sugiura I want to eat good fish🐟. So we decided to go to Kakunoue, and we also procured sake at a store near Kakunoue. We had a stock of liquor stores we wanted to go to in Tokyo. We sneaked into a store we had not been to yet. There were a variety of sakes I wanted to try, but the owner recommended this one, so I bought it without hesitation. Well, it was my first time to try Fukkomachi, but it had a strong rice flavor and aroma that I liked! It goes well with sashimi, and the sake goes well with chopsticks. It also has a strong flavor and punch. I found another great sake 🍶. I hope to stop by again next week on my way to Kakuei! Yum 😋😋😋😋😋😋😋

@heijizaburo It suddenly got cold from Friday. It feels like winter all at once again 🥶. I wanted to enjoy drinking alcohol with a spring feeling. I looked in the fridge. I was intrigued by the rice wine, but then I saw the Gassan jacket in the fridge next to it! It's a cute label, like a wine label 🏷. I bought the jackets! And this sake is much nicer, with a graphical description of the taste on the back label! thank goodness! Fresh spring sake with a gorgeous and sweet taste. I opened the bottle in no time because it was so refreshing😅. Easy to drink and delicious! I'd love to try some of the regular sakes! It's a good evening drink tonight... Yum 😋😋😋😋

@Hasegawa. Recently, there have been a lot of spring sake I thought I'd have a regular one today, so I stopped by on a whim and wandered around. I decided on Kido's Spring Sake that caught my eye! The freshly pressed one I had the other day had a moderate umami and aroma, but this Haru no Kaorufu has an even stronger fruity and umami impression! Of course it has the freshness of a spring sake 😆. Kido always has great cosmetics and finish! I want to drink summer sake again 🍶. Good 😋😋😋.

@Oyakawasan I'm going to write about Nabeshima's blossoms moon, which was my goal for this week 🤓. Starting with Harvest Moon, this time Nabeshima in spring. The freshness of spring in Nabeshima is exciting to me. While taking photos The label on the back reads 100% Tanma Strong? I've never heard of this rice before 🌾. I can't image it at all🤔. The rice is polished to a 50% milling ratio, so you can imagine how beautiful this sake is without even drinking it! Well, when I drank it, it had a beautiful ginjo aroma. 🌸Behind the freshness and sweetness typical of spring sake Nabeshima accents are added Delicious, no complaints! I've always liked this sake, but this may be my favorite in the Four Seasons series! I don't remember the summer moon, but it was so good that I opened a four-pack of it on the bullet train about four years ago, so I don't remember what it tasted like, but I'm looking forward to it! I was drinking it unconsciously back then, so I'm looking forward to drinking it again this time and enjoying the spring sake that is yet to come❣️. I mean, when is Summer Moon coming out❓🤔 Yum 😋😋😋😋.

@Oyakawasan This week, the main focus is on BLOSSOM MOON in Nabeshima. I bought one more bottle of wine. I combined them in the same Kyushu area, but I don't know the label at all, so I'm looking forward to it! I guess it must have a strong flavor because of the name, Houjun... Rice is 100% Gin-no-sato from Oita Prefecture Nice use of local rice👍 Well, when I drank it, I found that it had a sweetness because of the folds involved, but it also had a sweetness. It has a similar feel to the Machida Shuzo I had the other day, but The tingling sensation is not that strong and It seems to have a slightly strong acidity. I paired it with shime saba (mackerel), but it was a sour double W. I drank it while thinking about what to pair it with. The acidity seems to increase as the temperature rises. Personally, I like to drink it well chilled and enjoy the moderate acidity and tingling sensation. It will taste even better with the right food 😜. Delicious 😋.

@heijizaburo The warmth of spring is starting to show 🌱. It's the time of year when spring sake starts to appear in stores a little while ago, especially the pink labels! This time, we chose Tetorigawa, which we had never had before. Recommended by the store 🤗 Was the timing just right as it arrived yesterday? I don't know. Recently, I've started drinking dry sake, but I like dry sake with a little bit of sweetness and umami in it. Tetorigawa's spring sake is also dry. The dry mouthfeel is followed by a hint of sweetness. It's only recommended by the store. I think it's delicious! I think even those who are not fond of dry sake can enjoy it😜. The only thing I would like to point out is that the cork will blow out regardless of the opening time, so be careful. Yum 😋😋.

@Hana Masashi Today is the company's golf competition. I was unable to procure alcohol during the day😖. When I came back home, it was just before 21:00 and all the liquor stores I usually go to were closed, so I went to the only one that seemed to be open, but the shutter was closedಠ_ಠ. It's a pity, but it can't be helped. I went to Hanamasa to buy some ingredients and looked at the liquor section. I found Black Dragon! I had no choice but to pick one at this time, so I decided to go for it! I had it chilled and enjoyed it well. This sake is not very fruity and has a gentle impression. However, it does have a strong flavor, and it is a sake that shows the character of Kokuryu. It was a nice evening drink, even though I thought I wouldn't be able to drink it today. Good😋.

@Ohibo This is the one I bought along with Tenmei's wintery fresh Seme that I uploaded earlier. I'm pretty sure it's from Machida Shuzo. The sake is made from Miyamanishiki from my hometown in Nagano Prefecture. How does it taste? I'm sure you'll love it! I can't say enough about it🤪! I'm having another great night of drinking, and I'm really feeling the love for this sake! So good😋😋😋

@Ohikata It's been a while since I've been to Oikawa-san. It's a weekday shopping, so the streets are empty and lucky 🤞. When I was looking at what I wanted to buy When I was looking at what I wanted to buy, I saw a bottle of Aizan with the alphabet Takachiyo, and I wanted to buy it right away. But it's a bottle... I've been cutting back on the bottles lately, so I'm trying to calm down 😅. I'm sure you'll agree with me. I've been telling myself to be patient and switch to a four-pack... There are no 4-pack bottles in TAKACHIYO💦 We only have 500ml. I had no choice but to look at the other drinks 👀. Ah! There's Tenmei! And Machida Shuzo. So this time, we decided on two bottles of Tenmei and Machida. Drink it with dinner! I thought it would have a strong sweetness because of the oregarari, but But it's not so. But the aftertaste has a tightening bitterness. I've been attracted to this kind of sake lately. I've been drinking it while moaning about how good it is! So good 😋😋😋

@Beside the river Shichiken, a sake from Yamanashi that I hadn't touched because I thought I could drink it anytime The bright peach color of the spring sake was conspicuous in the refrigerator, so I bought it almost like a jacket purchase. I've been enjoying dry sake lately as well. When I tried it, it was refreshing, but also fresh and delicious. I'm really impressed with the efforts of the brewery, as I think most of the sake I drink these days is delicious. Thank you 😭. It was a good evening drink today too🌝 Yum 😋😋😋

@Hasegawa (Nihonbashi) It's been a long time since I've been in Nihonbashi😙. I've been away from it lately. I stopped by Hasegawa after running an errand and on my way home! I asked the staff what they recommended this time. She said Chitosekaku! Not the regular one, but the one that is only available at this time of the year, apparently! If it's a nama sake, I guess it's sweet 🤔. There were two types of sake, Junmai and Jungin, so it was hard to decide which one to buy... I'll go for Jungin this time! The taste was clean drinking with a firm umami on top. The freshness and fruity taste of namaishu (unpasteurized sake) made it a great saké to enjoy with a cup of sake. This is my kind of sake 🍶. Delicious 😋😋😋.

@Bellicuddy. Lots of snow in Tokyo this year! Snow forecast for today too. When I looked outside, it was already snowing ❄️ with a bit of sleet. It's supposed to accumulate about 10cm. So I decided not to go far and went to a local supermarket. To be honest, I didn't find any brand that appealed to me... There's a bottle of Bijou in the corner of the shelf! That's the one for today! My first sake! It has a mild aroma with a solid taste and a slightly fruity ending. I've never been a big fan of this kind of sake before. I've never been a big fan of this kind of sake, but I think I'm starting to think it's good now😅. My husband and I are in the same house. Good 😋

@Beside the river Although it's still cold It's already Risshun on the calendar🌸. We have a special sake for Risshun day at the store. It's Senkou! I hadn't had it since last year's cherry blossom label. I decided to buy it right away! When I look around, I see that many of you have the same one! I heard that this sake is very difficult to make because it's made on a specific date. It's full of freshness, as if it were a raw sake! It has the flavor of the rice and a firm body! It was a good decision to buy this one! Delicious😋😋😋

@Kachidoki-san Tonight's sake I've set my sights on Last week it was a Kutouryuu with a dripping mouth. This week, I'm going to drink Kokuryu. I was able to check the store's inventory and make a quick purchase, and since I had already decided what I wanted to buy, I didn't have to stay long as usual. It's always a good idea to do this😅. I'm sure you'll be happy with the results. It's been a while since I've been able to drink the Hiyaoroshi version of Kuroryu. I'm looking forward to it! The specs are Jun Gin 55% polished, Gohyakumangoku from Fukui, and like yesterday, it's a bit of a luxury sake that I don't usually drink. When I drank it, I found that it was less sweet than Kutouryuu, but it was sweeter than most of the others. The taste is thick and the drinkability is outstanding🤪. I was able to digest half of it in just a few minutes💦. It's been my goal since last fall to be careful not to drink too much, so I'll bring it up next week! I have another half to enjoy. I think I'll let it rest for a bit. It's good😋😋
