@Ohibo This is the one I bought along with Tenmei's wintery fresh Seme that I uploaded earlier. I'm pretty sure it's from Machida Shuzo. The sake is made from Miyamanishiki from my hometown in Nagano Prefecture. How does it taste? I'm sure you'll love it! I can't say enough about it🤪! I'm having another great night of drinking, and I'm really feeling the love for this sake! So good😋😋😋

@Ohikata It's been a while since I've been to Oikawa-san. It's a weekday shopping, so the streets are empty and lucky 🤞. When I was looking at what I wanted to buy When I was looking at what I wanted to buy, I saw a bottle of Aizan with the alphabet Takachiyo, and I wanted to buy it right away. But it's a bottle... I've been cutting back on the bottles lately, so I'm trying to calm down 😅. I'm sure you'll agree with me. I've been telling myself to be patient and switch to a four-pack... There are no 4-pack bottles in TAKACHIYO💦 We only have 500ml. I had no choice but to look at the other drinks 👀. Ah! There's Tenmei! And Machida Shuzo. So this time, we decided on two bottles of Tenmei and Machida. Drink it with dinner! I thought it would have a strong sweetness because of the oregarari, but But it's not so. But the aftertaste has a tightening bitterness. I've been attracted to this kind of sake lately. I've been drinking it while moaning about how good it is! So good 😋😋😋

@Beside the river Shichiken, a sake from Yamanashi that I hadn't touched because I thought I could drink it anytime The bright peach color of the spring sake was conspicuous in the refrigerator, so I bought it almost like a jacket purchase. I've been enjoying dry sake lately as well. When I tried it, it was refreshing, but also fresh and delicious. I'm really impressed with the efforts of the brewery, as I think most of the sake I drink these days is delicious. Thank you 😭. It was a good evening drink today too🌝 Yum 😋😋😋

@Hasegawa (Nihonbashi) It's been a long time since I've been in Nihonbashi😙. I've been away from it lately. I stopped by Hasegawa after running an errand and on my way home! I asked the staff what they recommended this time. She said Chitosekaku! Not the regular one, but the one that is only available at this time of the year, apparently! If it's a nama sake, I guess it's sweet 🤔. There were two types of sake, Junmai and Jungin, so it was hard to decide which one to buy... I'll go for Jungin this time! The taste was clean drinking with a firm umami on top. The freshness and fruity taste of namaishu (unpasteurized sake) made it a great saké to enjoy with a cup of sake. This is my kind of sake 🍶. Delicious 😋😋😋.

@Bellicuddy. Lots of snow in Tokyo this year! Snow forecast for today too. When I looked outside, it was already snowing ❄️ with a bit of sleet. It's supposed to accumulate about 10cm. So I decided not to go far and went to a local supermarket. To be honest, I didn't find any brand that appealed to me... There's a bottle of Bijou in the corner of the shelf! That's the one for today! My first sake! It has a mild aroma with a solid taste and a slightly fruity ending. I've never been a big fan of this kind of sake before. I've never been a big fan of this kind of sake, but I think I'm starting to think it's good now😅. My husband and I are in the same house. Good 😋

@Beside the river Although it's still cold It's already Risshun on the calendar🌸. We have a special sake for Risshun day at the store. It's Senkou! I hadn't had it since last year's cherry blossom label. I decided to buy it right away! When I look around, I see that many of you have the same one! I heard that this sake is very difficult to make because it's made on a specific date. It's full of freshness, as if it were a raw sake! It has the flavor of the rice and a firm body! It was a good decision to buy this one! Delicious😋😋😋

@Kachidoki-san Tonight's sake I've set my sights on Last week it was a Kutouryuu with a dripping mouth. This week, I'm going to drink Kokuryu. I was able to check the store's inventory and make a quick purchase, and since I had already decided what I wanted to buy, I didn't have to stay long as usual. It's always a good idea to do this😅. I'm sure you'll be happy with the results. It's been a while since I've been able to drink the Hiyaoroshi version of Kuroryu. I'm looking forward to it! The specs are Jun Gin 55% polished, Gohyakumangoku from Fukui, and like yesterday, it's a bit of a luxury sake that I don't usually drink. When I drank it, I found that it was less sweet than Kutouryuu, but it was sweeter than most of the others. The taste is thick and the drinkability is outstanding🤪. I was able to digest half of it in just a few minutes💦. It's been my goal since last fall to be careful not to drink too much, so I'll bring it up next week! I have another half to enjoy. I think I'll let it rest for a bit. It's good😋😋

@Beside the river Today, for the first time in a long time, I've chosen a sake kudoki from Yamagata! This time, Jr.'s Juicy Dry What a new expression! I don't think I like dry sake very much, so I haven't tried any dry sake, but... But this sake is juicy fruity and dry at the same time 🤣! The rice is Dewa no Sato from Yamagata, and the polishing ratio is 48%! I usually drink Junmai type sake, so it's been a while since I've had a Juntai! Now, when I drank it... The aroma when you hold the glass close to you is amazing😌. It has a beautiful mouthfeel, and as the label says, it's full of fruity and juicy flavors! And it ends with a clean finish. Juicy, fruity and dry 😜. It was another delicious evening of drinking! Yum 😋😋😋

@Beside the river Corona's getting more active, so we'll be drinking at home this weekend! I took a quick look at the fridge and I've been looking at my fridge for a while now and I can't seem to decide what to buy🤔. I'm not sure what to make of it. I hadn't had a kokuryu in a while, so I decided without hesitation👍. I'm looking forward to my first hanging mouth! This is the second sweetest and richest kuroryu on the kuroryu taste map after kijoshu. It's definitely thick! It doesn't have the sharpness that I usually drink. It has a very solid rice sweetness. It is also juicy because it is a raw sake. It's not what you'd expect from a koryu But this one has it😜. It was a good evening drink that made me realize how wide their range is. Leaves the room at the end of the night. Good 😋😋

@Kimi Miyama Went to Shinbashi today to change the battery of my cell phone. So I went to KIMIJIMAYA on the way. I bought some Nabeshima Shiragiku (white chrysanthemum) as it was still available for the New Year. I got the impression that the end of the bottle was more violent than the normal Tokujun. However, it is still Nabeshima, so it is usually delicious, and I opened the bottle with no time to spare! Delicious😋😋😋

@Kachidoki-san Thinking back... I hadn't had any New Year's sake yet this year. So I decided to have a little luxury sake that I don't usually drink! So, I chose a new sake from Saku ⭐️. By the way, the label of Saku has changed to a POP label. Personally, I like the old label better. Well, it doesn't change the taste, so it doesn't matter either way. It's a drink that won't let you down🤓. The finish is superb! A beautiful mouthfeel, sweetness and umami with a touch of spiciness. I will drink it again tomorrow! Good 😋😋😋😋

@Echizenbasan Happy New Year! I went out in the evening for the first bottle of the new year. I went out in the evening, but everywhere was closed... It's not easy to find a place that's open. Thank God it was open! Echizenya! Since it was the beginning of the New Year, there was not much sake in the refrigerator. I got a recommendation from one of them! This time it was Wakakoma, a Tochigi sake. Katsucoma is a well-known sake, but I've never tried Wakakoma before. The aroma reminded me of banana and greffle, so I bought it! There were other recommendations, but due to budget constraints, there wasn't much to choose from... Well, when I drank it, it was much lighter than I expected. If you like it, you'll like it. If you like it, you'll like it. I thought it needed a little more punch when I was drinking it. I'm looking forward to seeing what kind of delicious sake I can find this year. I'm looking forward to it!

@Hatoya-san The other bottle I drank at my parents' house was Nabeshima's Special Junmai. It's so good that there's not much to write about it. The store did a great job of stocking it this time, so I didn't need to make a reservation to buy it! It was another good sake with outstanding taste. Delicious😋😋😋

@Hatoya-san This time 🏡 from my parents' house There's a liquor store near my parents' house that has a pretty cool lineup, so before I left for home I called and made a reservation for my parents to pick it up for me! This sake is from Suwa, my hometown, and I was wondering what kind of sake it was. Today, on New Year's Day, it was opened! It's been a few years since I've been home for New Year's, so I drank it a little loudly. This sake is called "dry", but it's so delicious and fragrant that you'd think it was really dry, and it's sweet too, so I really liked it! I heard that the brewery has just started a new system, so I hope they keep up the good work! This is a sake I want to support! It's a sake I'd like to try again! Delicious😋😋😋

@Oh, my God. The last sake of the year is from Shizuoka! Speaking of Shizuoka, I'd like to go with Isogan, but but this time, the master recommended this sake from Shizuoka! Shizuoka has a selfish image of being a calm and refreshing place to drink, but this is not that! But this sake is not like that! It has a strong taste and the flavor of sake, but it also has a delicious aroma*! It was the last good sake I encountered this year! We drank a lot of really good sake this year, and we also started Sake no Wa, so it's been a fun year! It was a great way to end the year! Yummy 😋😋😋

@Hasegawa. I didn't upload this. Chose Laughing Four Seasons for Christmas. I've seen a lot of these before because of their unique labels, but I've never gone through with it! Recently, I've been attacking the Kansai San-in area, so I didn't hesitate to buy it! There is no indication of rank, but the back of the bottle says that the rice polishing ratio is 50%. It's not a Jun-Dai class, but.... When you drink it, it tastes super delicious and the fact that it doesn't claim to be so is kind of nice! And the fact that it doesn't make a statement is kind of nice! I wonder if the front and the masks mean anything... I'll check it out on the brewery's website! The taste was sweet and robust, just the way I like it, and I drank too much of it. I think it was also good that the flavor didn't lose its firmness after a long time! Yum 😋😋😋😋.

@Hasegawa I was at a shop in Nihonbashi on my way home from work today. I had to drink Miyazumi's first squeeze, so I bought it right away! It's tangy and slightly fizzy, then comes the sweetness and delicious bitterness! I knew it was coming, but it's still delicious! Both Sharaku and Miyazumi are delicious, so if you haven't tried them yet, I highly recommend this one! By the way, I am I drank too much of it because it was so delicious. I drank it all in one night... It's that kind of sake. So good😋😋😋

@Beside the river I've been making a conscious effort to drink alcohol from the Kansai area, which I haven't had much of lately😃. First time to drink in Hyogo❓ It smells like sake! But when you drink it, you can feel the tingling from the beautiful foam. But when you drink it, you will find that it is beautifully foamy and tingly, but also has the sweetness and firmness of raw sake. It's a little different from the sake we've been drinking mainly in the Tohoku and Kanto regions, and it's delicious! Another new discovery! Good 😋😋😋

@Beside the river I've had Kido in the store a few times, but but I've never had it at home before. This time, when I went to the shop, I saw it and thought I wanted to drink it, so I bought it. I've been buying Yogo bottles lately, but this sake is so cosy that I bought a whole bottle! This time it's a nama-shu, which means it's strong and fragrant enough to keep you coming back for more. It was a bad idea to buy a whole bottle... The two of us finished almost 3/4 of the bottle. I'm not sure what to make of it. It was another good night of drinking... Yummy 😋😋😋

@Beside the river This time, we went to Kameido main store instead of Nihonbashi 🌉. I realized now that the store in Kameido is surprisingly close💦. I think I'll be using this store from now on too! Today is Morishima, a bottle with a distinctive label that I've been curious about but never got around to trying😏. The staff at the store recommended this one, so I bought it without hesitation! I've been looking for a sake with a good balance of sweetness and sharpness lately. It's a perfect balance and delicious! This was a hit! The bottle is gone in no time 😅. It's also great with fish, so it was a good evening drink too! Delicious😋😋😋
