@Satou. Asahi hawk I got at the end of this year too. I've been looking for the right time to open the bottle, but I opened it this day! Compared to last year, it seems to be more square than last year. I always ask them to send it to me, but I am surprised at how much it continues to evolve every year. I was surprised that it never stops evolving every year, There is still some new sake left in storage, so I am looking forward to that as well! I asked the store owner about it, and he told me that it is very hard to get even locally! We are thankful that we are able to drink it every year thanks to the kindness of Mr. Satou and our relationship with him! It's a nice evening drink 🍶. Delicious 😋😋😋😋!

@Hasegawa at Tokyo Station It's been a while since I've been to Hasegawa in the station. There is a refrigerator near the entrance with a corner for spring sake, and among the sake is sasanami? I had never seen this sake before, and when I looked where it was from, I found it was from Saitama Prefecture. I had never seen sasanami before, and I wondered where it was from. I had only seen a couple of them, but.... I found it! This sake has a good balance of umami, sweetness, and fruity flavor while also being firm 💖. It was another sake that I could easily drink too much of! I thought it was a good idea to try a sake with a label I didn't know. I enjoyed my evening drink! It was delicious 😋😋😋😋😋😋.

@Hasegawa. It's been a while since I've been to Hasegawa in Kameido. I visited Hasegawa for a spring drink in the spring weather💨. This Sogapale caught my eye at first glance. And there was only one bottle left! I've seen this Sogapale many times, but never touched it. It's also a local liquor, so I thought it would be ready to drink soon, but it's been a few years since I've had it. Today I'll drink it!!!!!!! I heard a voice in my mind saying I grabbed a bottle and got in line at the cash register. And I bought it. The label on the back says erotic. When I drank it, it was a delicious springtime sake with a fruity taste and the famous sweetness of rice intertwined! Where is the eroticism? Well, it's delicious, so I hope it's good! I think there are a lot of spring sake that I think is good for me these days! I hope to drink again next week. It's good 😋😋😋😋😋😋.

@Lawson Sanskrit is available at a convenience store. and I bought it immediately! But when I went through the cash register, the price didn't show up... The clerk ran to the shelf and when he came back, he couldn't find the price. I thought it was around 1,600-1,700, but when I looked at the register When I looked at the register, it was obviously cheaper... I took advantage of their kindness and went home to have a drink with them. What's that? I wondered if it tasted this much like old sake. I let it mature in the refrigerator for a week. I found that delicious Bon GOLD with a rounded taste. It's been about 4 years since I last drank it. It's still good! It's so good 😋😋😋😋😋😋.

@Sugiura The store's recommendation for the sake yeast. The acidity is strong. It is a little bit my weak type of sake, but I want to be able to enjoy drinking sake from this area too! I would like to be able to enjoy this type of sake as well.

@Hasegawa. It's been a while since I've had a drink at home today. Recently I've been drinking more and more outside, so I haven't been able to have a drink at home for a while. I rushed in just before closing time and made it just in time! I took a quick look at the Aizu Chusho and decided on it immediately! It's my first time drinking this sake and I'm looking forward to it! Fukushima never disappoints, so my expectations are high! The label is a nice jacket with an austere look! How does it taste? Dry at first! After that, it has an elegant and gorgeous aroma. It is excellent as a food wine because it cuts off quickly afterwards. Fukushima has good fruity sake such as Sharaku, Gakki, Shizenigo, etc., but this one has a different taste. I have the impression that it is similar to hiroki 🤔. This was also a great experience! Yum 😋😋😋😋😋😋.

@Sugiura Checking in much later. Forgot to enter... I have only seen Mr. Hayashi once in a while. But this time I had a chance to see him for the first time in a while and had a real drink! As the store owner explained, it was a beautiful but robust sake, just the way I like it.... I remember it was my favorite sake. I would like to drink Yamadanishiki next time if they have it 😋. It was my first visit to Toyama, but I had a very good impression to start with! Yummy😋😋😋

@Hasegawa. It's cold today, so let's drink sake at home today at Hasegawa's. Found a brightly labeled kudoi and bought it! I enjoyed it with sashimi! The taste is clean and calm, and does not interfere with the flavor of the food. The aroma is also elegant and fragrant on the nose. We are grateful to Kamenoi for their work in providing us with consistent deliciousness! I recommend this bottle as a food sake 😋. It was an evening drink that made me realize once again that kudoki should be drunk when you can find it. Yummai 😋😋😋

@Satoshi I thought I would not drink the annual Asahi Hawk this year, but I managed to purchase it. Thank you thank you thank you! It's still as good as it ever was, no explanation needed! They do a great job. Just a shame we didn't get to drink the new sake this year. I hope I can drink it next year! Yum 😋😋😋😋

@Sugiura The second bottle on New Year's Eve is a 59% polished Takachiyo! It's been a while since I've had this one, but I've never had a bottle to finish it off with! It is a good sake full of Takachiyo's gorgeousness. It is easy to drink, full of flavor and beautiful! Delicious 😋😋😋😋😋😋.

@Sugiura This is the 1st Urasaku at the end of the year! It's not often that I get to see you, but what a coincidence to find you! I don't usually choose dry sake, but Saku no Hana is a local sake, so I didn't hesitate to buy it! @Hasegawa. I visited Hasegawa Sake Shop at Tokyo Station on my way home from a horse mackerel fishing trip for the first time in about 4 years! I don't usually use Tokyo Station, so this was my first time to visit the store since it moved to a new location, and the lineup is still as nice as ever. I was surprised to find that this store inside the station can accept QR code payment, which is different from those in Nihonbashi and Kameido! How convenient! I had it with horse mackerel sashimi and bone crackers, and it had a beautiful aroma and a robust flavor. I had no complaints about its beautiful aroma and robust flavor! We'll stop by again when we go fishing! Yum 😋😋😋😋😋😋😋

@Heizaburo. Long time no check-in❣️ A series I knew the label but never drank. This time, Ibaraki Taiheikai. The jacket looks delicious, but how does it taste? It goes in smooth and dry on the palate, but there's a hint of gorgeous rice flavor on the nose that I've been liking lately! It reminds me of the 7-da we had last year around the same time. It was so delicious that I finished it in about an hour... As I thought... It's good 😋😋😋😋😋😋.

@Sugiura It's been a while since I checked in. I've been a little away from sake lately. I've been trying to stay away from Sake for a while now, but I've also been trying to keep my wallet in check. I can't help but drink too much because it tastes so good... Now back to the story... This time, I'd like to share with you a new series of yeast from Takachiyo 59 Church. It's safe to say that it's never missed the mark. But when you drink it, the rice juice taste is just like you'd expect from Takachiyo! I love it! This was my first time to drink Dewa Sanzan, but it is such a sake that you can drink it all the time, although it is thick and has a strange stodgy taste. I paired it with sashimi, and I had no problem at all enjoying it. I can't seem to stop drinking sake after all. Good 😋😋😋😋😋😋😋

Again. This is also a souvenir I got when I went back home. I didn't know this sake existed! According to the person who gave it to me, it is a sake that can be enjoyed slowly. The sake has a beautiful taste similar to that of Hourai, but it also has a nice bitterness and umami. It has a beautiful feeling similar to Hourai, but it also has an impression of umami and a good amount of bitterness. Is there something characteristic of the Chubu area? I am not a good writer, so I cannot describe it in a delicious way, but it is a good sake with a calm and gorgeous taste typical of Junmai sake. I got it as a souvenir when I went home to my parents! Gifu's famous sake Horai, Aichi has Horaisen or Houraisen, but it is different from it. It has a refreshing taste with a hint of sweetness, followed by a strong sake aroma. It is a well-balanced sake that is right in the middle of the range. Another delicious evening drink! Lately I've been thinking... A four-pack is good because it doesn't affect the next day. Good taste 😋😋😋😋

@Sugiura It's been a really long time since I've had sake. I haven't had sake for a while. I had time to go to the liquor store. It's been a while, so I thought I'd try Nabeshima, my favorite sake. But I was surprised at the lineup! I chose Kitanoshizuku, which I have never had before (๑˃˃˃). The lid blew off when I removed the metal fittings, as I was warned to do when opening the bottle. The taste is a little dry, but it has the aroma and flavor that is typical of Nabeshima. It's really nice! I thought it was perfect for a refreshing summer drink! I thought it was really nice. It's good!

@ too much ura. I have been taking a little break from sake recently. I just remembered that it's June and the rainy season is upon us! I thought Nabeshima's Summermoon was already out. I called the store and found that it was already in stock! I'm on my way! You can complete your seasonal sakes at summermoon! So, although I'm not Yamamoto, I was excited to go to the store, and there are both one and four-pack bottles in the fridge 💕. I'm not sure which one to choose! I decided to go for the Yongo bottle because my body has been getting slack lately. The label says "Ginjo". It's rare to find a bottle with alcohol, but I don't think I need to worry about it these days ☺️. It's a nice sake with a clean mouthfeel, but with an elegant fizziness and a strong umami flavor! Nabeshima is my favorite sake, so I have strong preconceptions about it. I think it is one of my recommendations. I have a vague recollection of the past, but it had a more delicious impact than summer moon, which I may have tasted. It's been a while since I've had a good evening drink*. Yum 😋😋😋😋😋😋😋
