@Hasegawa. It's cold today, so let's drink sake at home today at Hasegawa's. Found a brightly labeled kudoi and bought it! I enjoyed it with sashimi! The taste is clean and calm, and does not interfere with the flavor of the food. The aroma is also elegant and fragrant on the nose. We are grateful to Kamenoi for their work in providing us with consistent deliciousness! I recommend this bottle as a food sake 😋. It was an evening drink that made me realize once again that kudoki should be drunk when you can find it. Yummai 😋😋😋

@Satoshi I thought I would not drink the annual Asahi Hawk this year, but I managed to purchase it. Thank you thank you thank you! It's still as good as it ever was, no explanation needed! They do a great job. Just a shame we didn't get to drink the new sake this year. I hope I can drink it next year! Yum 😋😋😋😋

@Sugiura The second bottle on New Year's Eve is a 59% polished Takachiyo! It's been a while since I've had this one, but I've never had a bottle to finish it off with! It is a good sake full of Takachiyo's gorgeousness. It is easy to drink, full of flavor and beautiful! Delicious 😋😋😋😋😋😋.

@Sugiura This is the 1st Urasaku at the end of the year! It's not often that I get to see you, but what a coincidence to find you! I don't usually choose dry sake, but Saku no Hana is a local sake, so I didn't hesitate to buy it! @Hasegawa. I visited Hasegawa Sake Shop at Tokyo Station on my way home from a horse mackerel fishing trip for the first time in about 4 years! I don't usually use Tokyo Station, so this was my first time to visit the store since it moved to a new location, and the lineup is still as nice as ever. I was surprised to find that this store inside the station can accept QR code payment, which is different from those in Nihonbashi and Kameido! How convenient! I had it with horse mackerel sashimi and bone crackers, and it had a beautiful aroma and a robust flavor. I had no complaints about its beautiful aroma and robust flavor! We'll stop by again when we go fishing! Yum 😋😋😋😋😋😋😋

@Heizaburo. Long time no check-in❣️ A series I knew the label but never drank. This time, Ibaraki Taiheikai. The jacket looks delicious, but how does it taste? It goes in smooth and dry on the palate, but there's a hint of gorgeous rice flavor on the nose that I've been liking lately! It reminds me of the 7-da we had last year around the same time. It was so delicious that I finished it in about an hour... As I thought... It's good 😋😋😋😋😋😋.

@Hasegawa. It's been quite a while since I've seen Mr. Hasegawa in Kameido. Hats off to the considerably high cost performance and stable taste! I trust Mr. Kid so much that I will definitely buy a bottle of this sake! The hiyaoroshi was a delicious sake with a slow, subtle aroma! Delicious 😋😋😋😋😋😋.

@Sugiura It's been a while since I checked in. I've been a little away from sake lately. I've been trying to stay away from Sake for a while now, but I've also been trying to keep my wallet in check. I can't help but drink too much because it tastes so good... Now back to the story... This time, I'd like to share with you a new series of yeast from Takachiyo 59 Church. It's safe to say that it's never missed the mark. But when you drink it, the rice juice taste is just like you'd expect from Takachiyo! I love it! This was my first time to drink Dewa Sanzan, but it is such a sake that you can drink it all the time, although it is thick and has a strange stodgy taste. I paired it with sashimi, and I had no problem at all enjoying it. I can't seem to stop drinking sake after all. Good 😋😋😋😋😋😋😋

Again. This is also a souvenir I got when I went back home. I didn't know this sake existed! According to the person who gave it to me, it is a sake that can be enjoyed slowly. The sake has a beautiful taste similar to that of Hourai, but it also has a nice bitterness and umami. It has a beautiful feeling similar to Hourai, but it also has an impression of umami and a good amount of bitterness. Is there something characteristic of the Chubu area? I am not a good writer, so I cannot describe it in a delicious way, but it is a good sake with a calm and gorgeous taste typical of Junmai sake. If I ever see it in Tokyo, I'll be sure to purchase some! Yum😋😋😋.

I got it as a souvenir when I went home to my parents! Gifu's famous sake Horai, Aichi has Horaisen or Houraisen, but it is different from it. It has a refreshing taste with a hint of sweetness, followed by a strong sake aroma. It is a well-balanced sake that is right in the middle of the range. Another delicious evening drink! Lately I've been thinking... A four-pack is good because it doesn't affect the next day. Good taste 😋😋😋😋

@Sugiura It's been a really long time since I've had sake. I haven't had sake for a while. I had time to go to the liquor store. It's been a while, so I thought I'd try Nabeshima, my favorite sake. But I was surprised at the lineup! I chose Kitanoshizuku, which I have never had before (๑˃˃˃). The lid blew off when I removed the metal fittings, as I was warned to do when opening the bottle. The taste is a little dry, but it has the aroma and flavor that is typical of Nabeshima. It's really nice! I thought it was perfect for a refreshing summer drink! I thought it was really nice. It's good!

@ too much ura. I have been taking a little break from sake recently. I just remembered that it's June and the rainy season is upon us! I thought Nabeshima's Summermoon was already out. I called the store and found that it was already in stock! I'm on my way! You can complete your seasonal sakes at summermoon! So, although I'm not Yamamoto, I was excited to go to the store, and there are both one and four-pack bottles in the fridge 💕. I'm not sure which one to choose! I decided to go for the Yongo bottle because my body has been getting slack lately. The label says "Ginjo". It's rare to find a bottle with alcohol, but I don't think I need to worry about it these days ☺️. It's a nice sake with a clean mouthfeel, but with an elegant fizziness and a strong umami flavor! Nabeshima is my favorite sake, so I have strong preconceptions about it. I think it is one of my recommendations. I have a vague recollection of the past, but it had a more delicious impact than summer moon, which I may have tasted. It's been a while since I've had a good evening drink*. Yum 😋😋😋😋😋😋😋

@imadeya. I drank a square yesterday, so I'm not sure what I'll do today. I've had too much to drink, so I'm going to stop. But then I came to Ginza. Since I was in Ginza, I decided to do some market research and went to Imadeya's. There are summer sake lined up in the fridge as yesterday, but the one that caught my eye is a sake from Kanagawa, Zanzou Horai❤️🔥. It's a sake from the neighboring Kanagawa Prefecture. I'm not familiar with this sake, but The shopkeeper said it was beautiful, fruity and refreshing! Let's drink it! So I was supposed to do some research, but I bought it! I laughed at the label on the back! Polishing ratio 60% ← I know 127% attention rate 👈 I don't get it lol As you said, it is fruity and mellow. Is it refreshing? Just a recommended sake, easy to drink for beginners! This sake is the counterpart to yesterday's Ugo no Tsuki🥃. It is also a delicious sake 😛. It is delicious 😋😋😋😋😋😋.

@Hasegawa. GW is over and we are in the middle of spring and summer Summer sake is starting to line up in the store fridge again this year! The first set of summer sake such as Bunbashirajin and Akabu are in the fridge again this year. Unlike last week, the lineup was full 😜. This year I want to drink sake from the Chugoku region and I'm secretly thinking 🤨. this time I chose sake from Hiroshima🍁. It's a summer sake, so it's a refreshing and mild sake. It has a subtle aroma, but the taste comes slowly, which is the image I have of San'in sake. I did not eat it today, but I think it would go well with sashimi. Tomorrow, I would like to enjoy it with sashimi. Yum😋.

@Hasegawa. The end of the Golden Week is the end of the Golden Week. To Houou Mida after a long time! Because it was the latter half of GW this time The fridge was empty when we visited the store. However, there was a good sake in the fridge. Yamada Nishiki from Houou Mita! It's a good sake, no doubt, but This time it was a 50% polished Yamadanishiki, so I was looking forward to seeing how it tasted! The mouthfeel is beautiful and as expected of a jun-dai! It also has a strong rice flavor and a volume that can be enjoyed right to the end. It has a volume that can be enjoyed until the very end. It was so delicious that I drank about half a bottle in one night😜. It was a delicious sake after all! It's delicious 😋😋😋😋😋😋.

@Hasegawa. Unfortunately it was raining☔️ so we had to start drinking at noon. Started drinking at 3pm! The sake was Kamo Nishiki's sake that we bought yesterday! Hasegawa's staff said it was especially good this year, so we were looking forward to it! Akita Komachi Jun Dai, unfiltered, raw! It's a juicy, slow saké 😜. It's beautiful and fruity, and I'm sure a lot of people like it! If you see it, you should try it! It's delicious 😋😋😋😋😋😋.

My weight is rebounding, so I'm thinking about what to do every week from now on. I've discovered another good drink. Fukuda, a sake from Nagasaki 🍶. Unfiltered, raw sake. Very rich. Junmai Ginjo. @Hasegawa. A bottle purchased as a set with a birthplace for Ukraine🇺🇦. I bought it immediately without hesitation because a part of the proceeds will be donated through UNICEF! If there's anything you can do with alcohol, it's not the D-Sho group, but "Hi! Yoronte". I compared it to the Sancho, so at first I thought it was a bit more subdued, but that is not true. It has a strong umami flavor and a sharp aftertaste. I was very impressed that Sengoku always delivers a delicious sake that does not disappoint! Ukraine I hope that the days will soon come when we can live in peace! Good taste 😋😋😋😋😋😋😋

@Hasegawa. I just realized... 100th bottle, that was quick! (◎_◎;) Now, this sake I saw this sake at the beginning of this year. I thought the jacket was beautiful. Is it a hot topic? Is it? It's rare to find it anymore 😢. I couldn't buy it for a while, but... I happened to find it at Hasegawa on Friday! Well, I'll buy it, won't I? It was just the 100th bottle of this commemorative sake. The rice polishing ratio is undisclosed, but when you drink it The taste of rice soaks through the sake and it is beautiful. There is no doubt that it is a good sake. You can feel the bubbles right after opening the bottle 😆. It's tangy, fruity, and has a strong umami taste. I think there are many people who like this. I highly recommend this bottle! It's delicious 😋😋😋😋😋😋.
