I'm going to write about Nabeshima's blossoms moon, which was my goal for this week 🤓.
Starting with Harvest Moon, this time Nabeshima in spring.

I can't image it at all🤔.
The rice is polished to a 50% milling ratio, so you can imagine how beautiful this sake is without even drinking it!
Well, when I drank it, it had a beautiful ginjo aroma.

I've always liked this sake, but this may be my favorite in the Four Seasons series!
I don't remember the summer moon, but it was so good that I opened a four-pack of it on the bullet train about four years ago, so I don't remember what it tasted like, but I'm looking forward to it!
I was drinking it unconsciously back then, so I'm looking forward to drinking it again this time and enjoying the spring sake that is yet to come❣️.
I mean, when is Summer Moon coming out❓🤔
