On my first trip back to Japan, I drank Hyakkotai Super Spicy Junmai Super Spicy Natsu Jun from Yoshikubo Shuzo, which I received as a parting gift.
As the tag on the bottle says, there is no ginjo aroma, but when you sip it, you can gradually feel the sourness, bitterness, and alcohol, and the aftertaste lingers. It's a food sake that goes well with many kinds of food.
