I couldn't wait until the fireworks launch on October 1 and opened the bottle due to availability (^_^;)
This is the first time I've had the Yamadanishiki version of 507 👀.
The coloring on the label is cool ✨
The bubbles are as expected from the Kaze no Mori.
I like that it is dry and crisp without much sweetness. Good with food.
This is what happens when Kaze no Mori is brewed with Yamadanishiki.
It was also very nice and cost-effective 👍.
