It has matured quite well. The color is a little amber, and the savory taste is also very autumnal.
By the way, I suddenly decided to go to Oku-Nikko this weekend. It is a bit far, so I think I will stay overnight in Ueda. I am wondering whether I should stop by at the Kitayasu Okuni brewery in Omachi or at the Tamamura Honten store in Shibu Onsen (hot spring).
