Ingredients : Gohyakumangoku
Rice polishing ratio : Koji 50%, Kake 55
Alcohol content : 15%.
Last week. I wondered if it would be a good idea to bring KID to a sake shop in Shinshu, but when they said it was a must buy, I had no choice but to bring it.
We opened the bottle on Friday, and yes, without any hesitation, I can say that it is delicious.
The third photo is Friday morning at Kanazawa station.
It's starting to turn 🍁 color.

I also had Kido's hiyaoroshi on Saturday 🎵.
It was my first hiyaoroshi from Kido, but it was a delicious sake, just like Kido's. 😋.
