Ona Tokubetsu Junmai Hiyoroshi 720ml
Rice: Gohyakumangoku (produced in Nasu, Tochigi)
Rice polishing ratio: 57
Alcohol: 16%.
Mashidaya's recommended Tochigi sake.
Since Senkori and Hououmida have become nationally known sake, Mashidaya suggested that since we were in Tochigi, we might as well try a sake with a strong rice flavor, as opposed to Shichimizu.
Wakakoma was also recommended, but we decided on Hiyayogoshi.
After the buffet dinner, we drank it in the room 🍶.
It is not quite rich, but after the Nanamizu, it has more body.
It is a mild and delicious sake as you drink it 🍶.
It is raining in Oku-Nikko this morning.
P.S. It's starting to clear up. It was sunny, so I came to Kegon Falls.

Jay & Nobby, hi guys 🫡.
Overnight in Oku-Nikko was a bullet tour😅.
I hope to visit there someday when I have more time 😢.
I'd like to stop by different liquor stores too 😃.

@Mizuhashi, here's another one 😊.
Lovely photos ✨I'm a local, so I've been to Nikko more times than I can count, but it's rare to capture such a beautiful Kegon Falls🌈: ☝️
The hiyaoroshi label 🍁 is also lovely 😘.

Tsubu-chan, it's my pleasure 😉.
This time, my senior couple had already booked a hotel room in Oku-Nikko, but they couldn't go because their wife couldn't go at a moment's notice, so it was a substitute trip because it was non-refundable 🚗.
We went to Kegon Falls without any preparation and were amazed by the breathtaking view: ‼️
The leaves will be changing soon 🍁.
