I found a cheap bottle of Tasake (rice wine) on the internet at Kagataya. I had to buy it, so I bought it reflexively. I also bought a bottle of Super Kudokitoe. Even before drinking it, there was a faint aroma. It has a fruity aroma of apples, a slight sizzle, and softens and tightens. After all, rice wine is delicious. It doesn't need any matches. You can drink it with just this.

You've been drinking every day this week. Yesterday I was on my way home from a company event, so today I want to have a quiet drink by myself. Having said that, I ended up going out for a drink, but I tried a new restaurant for the first time. Actually, I went to one before this, but it was a miss, so I tried again. I asked for a bottle of Toyobai and they poured it into my drink. We were impressed by their spirit and the taste was great. The fruity aroma gave me the feeling of being satisfied with its firmness. I wish I had come here from the beginning.

On this day, after the gym, we went to a local sake bar for a quick drink. I choose Tamada Zan, which is completely new to me. It is easy to drink, but the dryness comes in the aftertaste. However, when I drink it with ume crystal, I feel it is sweet. Strange.

This one was first. A drink at a sushi restaurant where I went for dinner with my family. I had a drink at this restaurant before. This one was delicious and to my liking. So I went home and had a drink at Shichida.

I have accumulated a lot of photos from November. This day was Sunday. Shichida bought at a local liquor store. This is another sake I like. This is my first hiyayogoshi. Well, this one is rather spicy. The mouthfeel is soft, but there is no sweetness. The aroma of rice comes straight from the rice, and there is a loose dry and bitter aftertaste. It was a new taste.

The last course was a sake that Shinshin SY received in Sendai, served over ice. It was a collaboration project between Urakasumi and Ichinokura. This sake is very dry. Well, we drank a lot today. The sake and food were great. Hakodate is also a nice town. I would like to come back again.

The seventh glass was a Junmai Daiginjo of Tasake. Actually, after Shinshin SY ordered it, he served it to us because he couldn't get another cup. We were lucky that there was almost one cup left. We were very grateful for it. It tasted different from the special pure sake.
