Drinking at home. After wondering what to buy in the basement of Tokyo Station, I saw Senkou and had to buy it. This is the second time for me to buy the black label. When you put it in your mouth, it has a light sweetness from the slight carbonation, with a light aroma of sourness and bitterness, and is soft to the end. It has a delicate flavor. It is still good.

The aroma is good. Clean and fresh. I think I drank this the most. We also drank heated Daishichi and Shinkame sake.

Drinking at home. Today, we drink Niiyu and also Kurosawa. My wife bought this sake as a souvenir from Saku, Nagano Prefecture. When I take a sip, the aroma, sweetness, and acidity come straight to me. I think I prefer it to Niiyuu. The acidity and bitterness in the aftertaste give it a nice finish. I would like to stop by when I visit Saku.
