This was the only photo I have left of how many cups this was. I don't remember what it tasted like, but I heard that the brewery is concerned with blending and not filtering. I had had it under the brand name of Oroku. Let's drink it again. It was a fun time for the six of us.

Today I was invited by a business partner. This is my second time at Kanda Shinpachi, but my first time in a private room on the third floor. Nice atmosphere. They have a bottle of Shinmasa Ecru. When I asked, it was the last bottle. Lucky me. After all, this refined sweetness and acidity is good. It is delicious.

昨日は友人と♬神田らしいお店で飲みたい！ってことでこのお店になりました😊 神亀🐢の種類が豊富だったので2種類。（華吹雪しか撮ってない。もう一種はなんだったかな…） お店が冷房ききすぎて寒かったので、燗で美味しくいただけるものを。 正直なところ、カーッときてそんなに好みではない…けど、美味しいお料理には合いますね♡
