Third drink. I think this is the first time. It's almost sweet and sour, but refreshing and light. The aftertaste is firm. Delicious, I like this type.
Second drink. Packaged sake, actually I haven't had much of it. It has a nice aroma. It doesn't spread gorgeously, but on the contrary, it finishes with a dry aftertaste. It is delicious.
I peeked in on my way home from work and found the counter empty. It's been a while since I visited. The proprietress recommends a sake that she says she personally went to the brewery to purchase. It is a sake from Sakuho. It is easy to drink because of its sweetness, acidity, and low alcohol content. However, the aftertaste is not light and leaves a delicious flavor. It had an interesting taste.
I still had some sake left over from a summer trip to Saku. Kame no Umi by Tsuchiya Shuzo, my favorite sake brewery. This is the first time I have tasted the engine label. Fruity mouthfeel, slowly becoming crisp and dry. It has a flavor that is not so common. This kind of taste is also good.
Next, I ordered Gokotsuru, a staple when I come to this restaurant. As usual, it is fruity, aromatic, and delicious. After a few glasses of this wine, the first visit to the restaurant was over. We visited another familiar restaurant in OB.
Third drink. This was also my first time drinking this sake. The alumni asked me about the current situation of the company. I was grateful that they still care about me even after graduation.
Today I had a drink with two of my company's alumni after a long time. We had originally planned to play golf together but had to cancel due to a knee injury, so we invited them to join us instead. We had a sake tasting set at our usual restaurant. It was my first time to drink three glasses of sake. I knew only Kido in Wakayama.
I made a mistake in the order, but this is the last one. You can't go wrong with Daimine. I like the acidity. The food was also delicious. It's great after a long day of golf. Thank you for the food.
The Kumamoto series is over and we go to the whole country. Gifu's Sagemi. I often see it at Sake-no-wa, but have never had much of it. This one is delicious.
Second cup. Let's start with Kumamoto sake. I don't know much about Kumamoto sake except for its origin, but I drank a Zuitaka a while ago, so this is from the same brewery. This is the first time I have had it. It is sweet and tasty.
Today is the semi-annual sake and golf party. We were joined by Shinshin SY, Mexican Tequila, and one more high school classmate. We visited Kumamoto RIKI for the first time, which was recommended by Shinshin SY. First of all, Kumamoto is a place of production. We had a bottle of Ni No Yuzuru. It is delicious with a slight bubbles and sweet and sour taste.
