A semi-annual golf and sake three-person meeting. This time we went to Hakodate. We went to Misinasan, my friend's favorite restaurant. I always enjoy sake with my eyes at Sake-no-wa, but I was thrilled to be able to visit. The first glass of sake was Tasake. Fruity, aromatic and refreshing. It is still delicious.

The third cup: I was given two choices, but I chose this one because of its unusual name. What is Kawaguchi natto? It is said to be made from Miyamanishiki, which comes from the natto shop's fields, and brewed by the cotton shop. I looked it up later. I remember it was delicious. Let's drink it carefully again next time. It might be good for the season. We are breaking up tonight.

After leaving the first restaurant with my drinking buddy, I followed him to a restaurant he wanted to try. He told me that last time he couldn't get in because the restaurant was full. This time, after a short wait, they were able to get in. It's a small place run by a couple, but the atmosphere is stylish and young. They recommended heated sake, so I tried my first brand. It was delicious, with a gentle flavor.

Third glass. I was attracted by the strong label and ordered it. When I opened the bottle, something happened. It flew out with such force that it passed between me and my friend and hit the wall behind us. The staff at the store was holding the cork and warned us, but they said it was too strong and it flew out. I was surprised, but it tasted great. It was not too sweet and had a nice, refreshing taste. It was worth the trouble of opening the bottle,

I'm in the mood for a little drink today, too. I went to Toyama-san in Kanda after a long time because I have a golf tournament tomorrow and wanted to have a light drink before heading out. When I opened the door, there was one customer in front of me. I thought I recognized him, but it turned out to be a friend of mine from work. We were both surprised, and the owner was also surprised, but we decided to drink together. The first drink was a Maruhi that caught my eye in the refrigerator. The third drink was Akabu. It's been a while since I've had this one. I had it with a sake bottle (ippodo). The aroma is spreading and the taste is sweet and delicious. It is perfect. We refilled one more gou, and we were in a good mood. Thank you very much for the sake.

For the third glass, I asked for a dry sake recommendation. From several candidates, we chose this one, which we had not had much of before. I was told it was made by Ichinozo. The mouthfeel is soft. I didn't feel it was too dry, but it was delicious with sashimi.

The second drink was Nabeshima. This was Purple Label, and I thought it was the first time. Last week's Nabeshima at a soba noodle restaurant was also a rare one, and so is today's. It has a firm flavor, and the aroma is elegant and refreshing. It has a strong flavor and the aroma is elegant and crisp. It is definitely delicious.

This usually crowded restaurant was also empty at the counter on Monday. I had no choice but to go. I asked a familiar lady what she recommended, and she told me about the Summer Pilgrimage series. There are seven brands in Japan, and one of them is Nagurayama. I had had it before, but it was too subtle for my taste. It was sweet and tasty, and easy to drink. It was refreshing. I will remember the "Summer Pilgrimage Sake Series.

The next day is Friday. After a light drink at a company event, I wanted to have another drink. So I visited this restaurant. It was a busy Friday. I ordered a bottle of Nabeshima and this is what I got. I had never had this label before. I tried it first and found it to be delicious. The mouthfeel, the aroma, the sweetness, and the clear taste. The transparency of the taste is unbelievable. I left quickly after drinking this cup today.
