Tsuchiya Sake Brewery, which I visited during last year's Saku Sake Brewery Tour. I heard that the brewery was open on Saturdays with shortened hours, so I paid a quick visit. The cheerful young master from that time. He said he was here today for office work, so he opened the store on the side. We asked him what he recommended, and my wife tasted the sake and said it was all delicious. So we bought 4 items at once. We opened the bottle on the same day, because we had to drink the unpasteurized sake as soon as possible. This one was sweet and fruity. It was sweet and fruity, different from the Miyamazakura.

I went back to my wife's parents' home in Saku for Obon. The restaurant that was not open during the sake brewery tour last GW. It was later damaged in a fire. This sake was brewed with the support of the Kurosawa Sake Brewery. This is the first time I have had this sake. It is a crisp, dry, and beautiful sake. I hope the brewery will be restored.

I went to Hatanodai with my wife to buy an offering for the Bon Festival. On the way home, I went in for a drink. It was my second time. I ordered "Isshaku Suisei" for the first time in a while. My wife ordered "Takachiyo", which is Japanese for "Takachiyo".

Daughter is in training at a university in Okayama. My wife and sister-in-law visited Okayama for a three-day weekend. They said the three women made a short trip to Kagawa. They bought it as a souvenir. I think I have drunk it twice before. We enjoyed it slowly at home.

On this day, I picked up my wife in Shin-Yokohama and had a drink at Musashi-Kosugi on the way home. We went to Ginjo Tuna for the first time in half a year, and the first drink of the one-hour all-you-can-drink session was Ozeyuki, which we hadn't had in a while. The second drink was Shimane's Gassan. I didn't think I had ever had much of it, but when I looked at it in Sake-no-Wawa, I saw that I had had it three times. I can't rely on my memory. It has a cool appearance and is refreshing and tasty. I've been having a lot of Shimane sake lately.

Shinshin SY and I watched a baseball game at Marine Stadium. We had good seats behind the net to cheer for the Orix. It was great to see T Okada's homerun and Yamamoto's no-hit, no-run game in the first two innings. This time, I got hit by a lot of strikes in the opposite direction. So we went to Oimachi for a review meeting. In any case, we were going to drink. I had a glass of Ippaku Suisei for the first time in a while. It is delicious. It is a drink that makes you forget the defeat.
