The third drink. Hakkaisan, but this is the first Echigo I've seen. It has a strong flavor. I like this taste. The acidity in the aftertaste is also nice. The atmosphere and the sake are both good. I will stop by again when I come to Meguro. Thank you for the food today.

The second drink was Hishiko. I thought I had had it before, but Sake-no-wa had no record of it. It is aromatic and has a light flavor. Delicious. This restaurant serves it in a wine glass. It adds to the atmosphere.

After finishing my appointment in Meguro, I wandered around to have a little drink and go home. It was my first visit to a sake bar. It seemed to have Niigata sake. It was a cozy bar with only one owner and I was the only customer. When I asked him what he recommended, he suggested this one. Slightly carbonated, light, refreshing, with a soft aftertaste. It tasted perfect with a glass of champagne. I decided on the starter.

甘くてミックスジュースみたいなのに甘ったるさはなく、後味もすっきり。 この日飲んだのは開けたら1日で飲みきってしまわないとダメになるという特別なたかちよらしく、色も着色料無しでこの綺麗なピンクでした。
