This day was Sunday. Shichida bought at a local liquor store. This is another sake I like. This is my first hiyayogoshi.
Well, this one is rather spicy. The mouthfeel is soft, but there is no sweetness. The aroma of rice comes straight from the rice, and there is a loose dry and bitter aftertaste. It was a new taste.
