I bought it for the first time in a long time at a local liquor store. I was confused about many things. There were blue and yellow Hiragana Takachiyo, but I decided to go with yellow. It has a surprisingly heavy texture when you drink it with a light nigori taste. It has a mild taste and the aftertaste is lighter. This one is different from the others and delicious.

The night before the holiday weekend, I relaxed at home. I bought a bottle of Shichida at a local liquor store. This is one of my favorite sake. It is fragrant and fruity but firm. I am going to Saku, Shinshu in the first half of the consecutive holidays. I wonder if I can visit a sake brewery.

Drinking at home this Monday. Purchased at a local liquor store. Following the recent Shichida Junmai Oragami Unfiltered Nama Sake, this is Junmai Unfiltered Nama Sake. This one is completely different. Unlike the lightness and shwariness of the orikagara, this one is rich and has a rice aroma.

Attended my son's high school graduation in the morning. Celebrated with this drink in the evening. Just the parents, of course. It's quite a bit schwashy. It's only a matter of being careful when you open the bottle. The aroma of rice is mild, and it is refreshingly sharp. It was delicious. My wife looked refreshed as she graduated from being a mother.

Drinking at home. Bought it at my usual neighborhood liquor store. I was attracted by the fact that it was the first sake to be bottled fresh. It was quite dry with a slight carbonation on the palate. It is strong at 19 degrees Celsius. It was delicious.

I bought some sake at a nearby liquor store on Sunday and will drink it as soon as possible on Monday. I've been into Houou Mita recently. It has a sweet and delicious mouthfeel, a nice aroma, and a tight but not harsh aftertaste. I still like the taste.

Purchased at a local liquor store. There were two bottles of Hiragana Takachiyos, but I chose the Green Label, attracted by the orikagara, which I also had a month ago at Kibana. The soft sweetness and acidity are enjoyable, and the bitterness that lingers afterward is good. It is still delicious.

At a nearby liquor store, there is a cold wholesale Houou Mita. The owner said that cold wholesale had just come out and this one had just arrived. We immediately bought it. When I took a sip, it had umami and a mellow aroma, but it also had a slightly acidic taste that was not cloying. The bitterness is tightly bound by a firm bitterness. It is delicious. The rice is 500goku rice.

At my usual neighborhood liquor store, I pick up a bottle of Tasake, attracted by the Van Gogh label. The owner told me it was a collaboration with the Izumihashi Sake Brewery in Kanagawa Prefecture. He said they use Kanagawa's sake rice called Raku-fu-mai. The first sip of the sake is gorgeous and spreads quickly. Enjoy the sweetness and aroma, and it finishes quickly. It is delicious.

It's been a while since I've seen Isshaku Suisei. I picked it up because of the bright green letters and wondered if it had anything to do with golf, but then I saw the green ⛳️ in the middle of the label. It is an interesting twist, but it also has a strong flavor. I enjoyed it very much.
