Overnight stay before business trip to Osaka. I found a restaurant near my hotel that seemed to serve sake. I was the only customer, but when I looked at the menu, I saw that they had sake from all over Japan. I ordered a bottle of Kaze no Mori, which I had not had recently. I enjoyed the sweet taste and the light, tight aftertaste. Unfortunately, it was a bit too light and didn't have that "shuwa" feeling.
