Junmai Cho-Ohroku Unfiltered
The rice flavor and sweetness are strong, but the water used for brewing is delicious, so it goes in easily.
But there is a sharpness at the end.
I like it. I want to drink it again.
Tokachi Honjozo
Kamikawa Taisetsu is overall good, but to be honest, I often thought it was lacking, but this one has the crispness of Kamikawa Taisetsu, but with a bit of acidity and flavor.
No matter how many times I drank it at restaurants or department stores in Hiroshima, I could never find the right time to enjoy it, even though it is supposed to be delicious. It's fresh, has the spiciness you want, and is easy to drink, but it's also gently sweet and makes you want to drink it as much as you want.
Kouzutsuru
It is more crisp and clear than the usual Kouzutsuru, not too juicy, but with a rich and mellow flavor that comes in quickly and is very tasty. It's really good,
Kiku Hime Chrysanthemum
More caramelized and darker than the previous one.
It is sweet and slightly bitter.
Cold it is sweeter and clearer.
Warmed, it is more mellow and very tasty.
Both are enjoyable.
The name suggests that it is crisp or refreshing, but it is thick.
I got tired of drinking it, so I left it at room temperature for a year, and it became easier to drink.
It is delicious.
Junmai Daiginjo Nama-genshu Fukunohana Light Nigori
First, chill it. It has sweetness and acidity.
The taste is sweet and acidic, with a pleasantly strong alkalinity at the end.
Because it is a daiginjo, the haze is clear and pleasant.
Next, I warmed it up. The sweetness, acidity, and umami of the rice, or graininess, are intensified and come into the mouth at once with a pleasant impact, again delicious.
It's not as sharp as cold sake, but it's good in its own way.
But it's delicious in its own way.
Chiyoda Kura Tokubetsu Junmai Nama-hajime Nama-hai brewing
The label says it is delicious warmed up, but it is already delicious cold in the snow.
But it is already good cold in the snow.
The acidity is typical of Yamahai sake, but the drinkability is unique to cold sake and it comes in deliciously.
Try drinking it warmed.
It has a strong sweetness and umami like brown sugar.
The acidity is quite strong and the flavor is very full and delicious. It's delicious,
I wanted to go to Takehara.
I wanted to go to Takehara, but I couldn't this time.
I found it at a convenience store in Hiroshima and bought it immediately.
It is indeed apple yeast.
It has a juicy apple flavor, but at the same time it has a graininess of rice.
It has a graininess of rice.
It's sweet, but not too sweet.
plain woman
Drinking comparison.
@Brewery
Overall, it is sweet with more acidity.
But it is not too strong.
The 9th generation prototype is my favorite.
Kamo Kanehide Nama Sake Apple
Not apple liqueur.
Sake, it says.
The label is apple, but it's sour, slightly sweet, slightly bitter and lemon-like.
A little graininess, maybe because it's nigori.
Junmai Daiginjo Nama Sake
Very nice aroma. The aroma is already full-bodied and has a ginjo aroma!
It is refreshing yet fruity.
It is fresh, but not at all rough, which is typical of nama-shu.
It is very easy to drink without any harshness, yet it is very tasty and has a lot of different flavors.
Anyway, it is extremely delicious.
Junmai Daiginjo Enju
It has a full-bodied and slightly delicious astringency. It is not the old-fashioned astringency that is sometimes found, but a delicious astringency that I think I may have never tasted before.
Ah, it is delicious.
Junmai Daiginjo Hakusyu
The aroma is good.
The sweetness and richness are just right.
It has just the right amount of sweetness and richness with a slight kick at the end.
It is very tasty.
Saijotsuru Omachi Junmai Ginjyo Namaishu
Kurabiraki Limited Sake
It is dark but not too rich.
It has little omachi character, but this may be interesting.
but it is interesting in its own way.
