Kamerei Dry Junmai Urahachiju
On the way back from a business trip to Hiroshima
I bought it at the Yamatoya Shuho Hu-machi main store.
I was told that it was a limited edition by Yamatoya, so I had to try it.
I really wanted to try it.
I took the heavy bottle (they didn't have a four-pack) home on the Shinkansen bullet train.
The cap is green.
Usually, it is silver with brown letters.
By the way, the gap of fresh Kamerei is red.
It is a little lighter than the usual Kamerei Dry Junmai Yaichi. And the acidity is a little stronger.
The color is clear and colorless.
But it is very drinkable like Kamerei.
It is extremely delicious when heated.
The graininess stands out and the umami gets stronger.
The acidity doubles the umami, and the sake slowly becomes long and pleasantly sharp.
