The rice flavor and sweetness are strong, but the water used for brewing is delicious, so it goes in easily.
But there is a sharpness at the end.
I like it. I want to drink it again.
Tokachi Honjozo
Kamikawa Taisetsu is overall good, but to be honest, I often thought it was lacking, but this one has the crispness of Kamikawa Taisetsu, but with a bit of acidity and flavor.
No matter how many times I drank it at restaurants or department stores in Hiroshima, I could never find the right time to enjoy it, even though it is supposed to be delicious. It's fresh, has the spiciness you want, and is easy to drink, but it's also gently sweet and makes you want to drink it as much as you want.
Kouzutsuru
It is more crisp and clear than the usual Kouzutsuru, not too juicy, but with a rich and mellow flavor that comes in quickly and is very tasty. It's really good,
Kiku Hime Chrysanthemum
More caramelized and darker than the previous one.
It is sweet and slightly bitter.
Cold it is sweeter and clearer.
Warmed, it is more mellow and very tasty.
Both are enjoyable.
