My mother's hometown is Murakami, Niigata. Since I was a child, I knew that Murakami was famous for its salmon because of the famous Miomotegawa River where salmon come up to the river. When I grew up and realized that Murakami is a place of sake, I became interested in the sake and learned that there is another famous brewery in the city with the brand name of Shimeharizuru. Today was the first time I had a bottle of that "Daiyomori" ✨ The label has a beautiful salmon design. Unfortunately, it wasn't salmon today, but I had some mackerel as a snack. It was a perfect marriage of flavors! I'd love to visit the brewery when the corona subsides ☺️.

When I lived in Aichi prefecture, I used to see Hida Horai wrapped in newspaper, so when I saw this dignified label again, I bought it right away! The smell is so sweet, I was so impressed. I was impressed. The taste was also a burst of flavor linked to the fragrance ☺️ The aftertaste lingered for a long time, so I was soaking in it while remembering the clear streams of Gifu!

I've had my eye on this Drunken Whale for a while. And I really wanted to drink the round label Ginrei, so after I found it at the store, I bought it right away! What surprised me was the color, which is as clear as water. The color is as clear as water, without the slightest hint of turbidity. The smell is aromatic with a hint of umami. The taste is clean and dry after the umami has jumped in! I also felt a faint salty taste. It seems to go perfectly with seasonal fatty fish. I'll drink it again✨.

When I went to Nagoya, I was looking for Houraisen as a souvenir and I found it at Feel! I was looking forward to drinking it ☺️ I knew it was a great sake 😂 it was really good (tears)

When I was in Iidabashi, I casually stopped by Miuraya, and this face of a famous sake from Gifu jumped out at me! And it has a sparkling label. I bought it right away! I drank it today, looking forward to it. I used to live in the Tokai area, so I drank it while remembering the clear streams of Gifu. As the product name says, it is dry. But it has a faintly sweet flavor and a duet of umami. And yet, the aftertaste is clean and crisp! If I find this face again, I will buy it immediately.

The day before the day of the Ox. And the day before my birthday. On such a day, I received a masterpiece from Kyoto! It is perfect for eel kabayaki. It is also perfect for liver skewers. The taste and freshness of this product was impressive☺️.

Found this in an O.K. store and bought it on impulse! Bottle shape and label like a wine. Looking at the backing makes me even more interested 😀 The taste makes me think of the words "THE balance" ✨ No matter which scene you cut out, the quality is exquisite and balanced! This looks like it would go well with so many different ingredients. I will be buying this again✨.

Shichiken brewed with the famous water of Hakushu, at the foot of the Southern Alps where the water is delicious, is still remarkable 👀 The balance between the aroma and the mellow aroma of the rice and the sharp taste is super exquisite ️ I think I may have finally realized that this might be my favorite flavor. Anyway, the balance is great 🎵 I have decided that I would love to visit there. I'll report back when I do✨.

I'm having my first Senkou! Is this sake? No, it's not sake, it's wine 😀 The aroma is a gentle ginjo-shu scent. The taste is sour and bubbly on the palate, then the rice flavor hits you! But the taste is instantaneous, and then the sharpness envelops the whole mouth ✨ This repetition is irresistibly pleasant! It was the first time I felt this way after drinking sake ☺️.

I had seen this brand on a post by an acquaintance. I found it in a shop I happened to visit in Yokohama Kimijimaya and bought it on impulse (lol). The label with the biggest impact is amazing ✨ The first attack I drank with all my heart was a sharp and fruity explosion. I'm trying to remember if I've ever had a drink like this before, but I can't remember. It's been a while since I've had a gem that's electrified my brain! I used to live in the Tokai region a few years ago 🐤 Banzai in Kakamigahara, where kimchi is a specialty 🙌.

I took a while after I bought it, but I had it today! This is a famous sake from Ishikawa called "Tengu Mai". I can't stop feeling excited because it's a Yamahai-brewed Junmai-shu (lol). The aroma and the initial attack are so rich and dry that it's hard to resist. And I wonder if this is Yamahai brewing, it has a delicate taste in many ways, and honestly, it's amazing! The taste was indescribable, with layers of fine, elegant acidity and umami. I️ love it!

I'm irresistibly curious about Tokyo sake, so I looked around and bought a bottle of Tamaman-ban by Ishikawa Shuzo! The sake brewery is located on the banks of the Tama River, and as I live downstream, I really wanted to try it ☺️ It's smooth on the palate, but after a while, the flavor explodes! The taste of the rice and the mellow acidity are exquisite. The aftertaste is crisp and clean, but it makes you want to drink more 👼️ This is a gem of Tokyo☺️.

We opened a bottle of "Otokoyama" to celebrate Dragon Boat Festival! The other day I saw a special feature on NHK's documentary about the breweries that were affected by the earthquake. I wanted to support the brewery and feel their spirit, so when I found it in the Yaoko store, I bought it immediately. The taste was crisp and dry, and I could feel the scent of the sea. I would like to continue to support them and would like to have it at every milestone✨.

I drank Shiogama's sake, Urakasumi, for the first time! When I went to Shiogama for work before the earthquake, I remembered the warmth of the people I touched while drinking it. It's been 10 years since then, and I was wondering if there was anything I could do to help with the recovery, when I came across this Shiogama sake brewery in a shop. I couldn't help but think of the hard work they must have put in over the past 10 years. But the taste was exceptional, and it really hit home. I would like to continue drinking it again in the future ✨ Urakasumi Psycho‼️.

I bought three bottles for New Year's and opened the last one today. I've been buying it regularly, so I knew how good it was, but when I tried it again, I was in awe of its rich flavor. In the two years I've been away from the Tokai region, I think I've had a lot of good sakes ✨I miss Nakatsugawa too! There's a beautiful clear stream running through the middle of town, and the chestnuts were to die for! Mt. Ena was also a big mountain with a great presence. I want to visit when the corona subsides ☺️.

I bought it on impulse at a liquor specialty store in the Olympics because of the "award-winning sake" label! Moreover, it is a small capacity of 500ml. I had it today with all my heart. It smells like a Daiginjo, and it is very sweet! The taste is an explosion of umami, with a light touch on the tongue and an exquisite finish of sharpness and acidity. This is the kind of flavor that wins awards, and I admire it! I want to try the other products from Asakai next time too ☺️.

In the shelf at the nearby Seven-Eleven, I bought it on impulse to the label which was different color! If you look closely, you'll see that it's Izumibashi, a gem of Kanagawa. I've known this sake since about 10 years ago, when it was the main sake at an izakaya I used to frequent. I remembered the story of how the manager of the pub helped to grow the rice used to make this sake, from planting the rice to harvesting the rice. The aroma is like that of a Junmai Ginjo, with a hint of sweetness. The taste is crisp, tight and dry with a great crispness. It is a gem that you can feel the deliciousness of rice in the aftertaste.

I immediately checked out the limited-edition Hananomai Sake Brewery in Hamamatsu, which was in the catalog of the Co-op that I use for home delivery. It came in a week's time. As expected from an original product of the Co-op, it has a label with a seasonal pattern and a recommendation for a dish on the back. The aroma is a nice faint scent with a hint of sweetness. The palate has a light attack with a subtle umami flavor that comes later in the cycle. Overall, it has a crisp and slightly dry impression. I had it with sashimi and it went well with it ☺️Good job‼️.

I had Nanbu Bijin for the first time. It is a remarkable product with a good brand logo and branding. The label looks sophisticated. The aroma is a faintly sweet smell, which is typical of Junmai-shu. The taste is a perfect combination of umami and sourness, and the aftertaste is perfectly spicy and crisp. It is a good cycle that can be drunk as many times as you want. I drank it all the way to the end (lol).

I know I'm a little late, but I drank it over the "peach festival" at my family's women's "hinamatsuri" party! Oh no, I'm getting a little tipsy from the authentic taste (lol) Along with the exquisite aroma, you can feel the sweet and savory flavor, but this dryness towards the aftertaste is an exquisite gem ☺️ After all, Tohoku sake is great! I will keep drinking it with all my heart!
