I bought it at Queen's in Shinagawa station as a treat for traveling on the Shinkansen bullet train. I enjoyed it with a crack. It was rich in flavor and tasted sooooo good. The package was also impressive and I would like to drink it again next time!
I kept it in the cellar for a long time and received a spring invitation after the summer. It was a gem with a mellow aroma characteristic of junmai sake, and the flavor spread to the palate!
I spotted this at Yaoko and purchased it immediately. The beautifully printed bottle makes its presence stand out, and it is a rare gem that the product name itself does justice to the ingredients. I have always liked Imadaiji's sake, so I was looking forward to opening the bottle! The good smell of rice and the subtle mineral taste make the ingredients stand out. It goes well with oysters as well as other seafood✨.
Purchased at a nearby Life. Bought it immediately because of the beauty of the label and its elegance! I felt it had a nice strength to it along with a good flavor, perhaps due to the character of the fresh-fermentation. It was a delicious gem that lived up to its label!
This is the same as last year's, which we received at the end of the year at the company. This year's package is a bright blue bottle, which looks super nice (lol). As usual, it is high in alcohol content, so you get drunk somewhat earlier. We enjoyed the same sophistication and panache this year as always! Thank you ☺️
We had this at our meeting! The packaging and bottle with a touch of elegance. Clearly a luxury item! The taste was fruity and full of ginjo aroma, a gem I had never had before. When I checked the price later, I was even more surprised at the good price. It was a great experience.
Happy New Year! I decided to make my New Year's sake this year, a Junmai Daiginjo from my hometown of Morimasu in Kanagawa. I went to the sake brewery's direct sales office last year and bought it. It is located in a wonderful mountainous area and I remember how excited I was. It was a perfect match with my festive New Year's dinner!
This product also happened to be on clearance at Life, and I rescued it and purchased it. It is a Junmai Daiginjo from the famous Takashimizu brewery, so I had high expectations for it. The aroma is subtly fragrant with a hint of ginjo, and the taste is a refreshing mix of flavor and umami in the mouth. I can't stop drinking this cycle over and over again (lol). It was a gem I would drink again!
