I rescued it from a nearby Life where it happened to be on clearance and bought it. I drank it while thinking about my old trips to Iida City, which I remember as a wonderful, scenic place! The rice was milled in a unique way, but it was a great product that was easy to drink. Next time I visit, I definitely want to go to the brewery!

The bright label caught my eye at a Yaoko store and I bought it immediately! I remembered how good the water tasted when I was there on a trip about 20 years ago. The aroma and taste were just like the limpid image I had of it, and it went well with all kinds of food. Now I want to visit the brewery and try some!

The azure color of the bottle drew me in and I bought it right away! I felt the impact of a Tokyo sake. The taste is impressive, with a subtle ginjo aroma followed gently by a positive heavy aftertaste. It can be served chilled, but it was exceptional on the rocks. I thought this sake had the potential to round out the impact of the original sake nicely. I would drink it again!

While visiting Tochigi, I came across a sale at a local supermarket, Tairaya, for the opening of a new store. At that time, I was glued to the label "Mitatsuru," which was on sale in limited quantities. Upon closer inspection, I found that it was a product of the Kobayashi Shuzo brewery, famous for its "Houou Mida" brand, and it was a limited-quantity product available only in Tochigi Prefecture. The aroma had a light ginjo aroma and a gorgeous grape-like scent. The taste is light, but the mellow flavor hits you and then quickly disappears in a virtuous cycle. I could go on and on! I'm looking forward to having it again when I go back to Tochigi☺️!

This product was purchased at a jimotsu supermarket when I visited Oarai, Ibaraki Prefecture. It was labeled "Taiyori" label, with an illustration by Tsurutaro Kataoka. Since the brewery is located near the sea, it had a slight scent of the sea and was very flavorful. I'll buy some more when I'm in Oarai again!

I found and drank Imadaiji black, which I had been curious about. The cool label was impressive and it had an exceptional presence in the store. I had talked with the brewer at a previous exhibition and felt a sense of familiarity with him (lol). The taste was extremely dry and went terribly well with Japanese food. I will visit the brewery near Niigata station next time!

I bought it on impulse at a nearby Life. I was interested in Tottori's sake as well as the Kitaro label. Since I had never visited Tottori, I was even more eager to try it. The aroma is mildly sweet with a hint of rice. The taste is light and easy to enjoy, with a well-balanced flavor that is not overpowering but has a good sense of balance. I feel a little bit addicted to it ☺️.

We opened it for Mother's Day celebration. It's a great local sake, so I took it to heart! The sake was heavier and more drinkable than I had imagined. It was also quite carbonated, so I got the impression that it was not slightly fizzy. The aftertaste was clean and refreshing, along with a sweet and delicious flavor, and the next cup went down a treat. I would drink it again for a celebration ✨.

It had been a while since I had had a local sake, so I had a Shonan Junmai Ginjo from Kumazawa Shuzo in Kagawa! It was delicious and the cup went on and on lol. As is typical of Junmai Ginjo, the flavor of the rice combined with a refreshing taste was exquisite. I'm so happy to see the Eboshi-iwa on the cap ☺️.

I had it with ankou nabe (monkfish stew) at "Monkotoko" in Mito, which I visited on a trip during Golden Week! The sweet flavor, sharpness, and a hint of saltiness complemented the dish. Ibaraki is the best ☺️.

While I was curious about sake from Fukui, I found the presence of the sake in a store. When I saw the lining, I made an immediate decision. I found a sake from Fukui. When I opened it with pleasure, I was surprised at how easy it was to drink ☺️ The flavor of rice was mellow and the aftertaste was smooth and pleasant. It was a happy time that also enhanced the meal.

Purchased at Belk supermarket. They were promoting this brewery at the front of the sales floor. The red label was striking and I was looking forward to opening the bottle! The word "dry" fits it wonderfully, it's so good you can drink it over and over again, and it goes well with fish dishes! I'll be buying it again when I see it in the Berg's store✨.

Kenrishi is a very well-known brand. I wanted to take a closer look at it and bought it at a nearby Life. After I bought it, I realized it was a 5-ounce bottle! This is a great deal✨I'm convinced when I drink it! This balance and flavor is amazing. It has all the features from the beginning to the finish and the aftertaste ❗And it goes well with any meal☺️This is the royal road 😃I'll drink it again 🎵

I bought this because it was a regular seller at Yokado. The label looks like wine and not like sake, but the product description makes sense! It's a sake designed to go with any meal. I'm not sure what to make of it, but I'm sure it's a good idea. I'm sure you'll be happy to know that I'm not the only one who can't get enough of this 🎵.

This is a drink from Suzu on the Noto Peninsula, where I went on a family vacation 10 years ago. The hotel we stayed at had a sandy beach right in front of it, just like a private beach ☺️ I have memories of playing with my kids all day long ✨ I drank this Sougen at dinner at the hotel. I found it at Miuraya in Iidabashi and bought it. I had it today! The taste is characterized by a delicious flavor that fills the mouth, followed by a pleasantly refreshing sensation. I've been wanting to visit Suzu for a while now😇.

I was finally able to get my hands on a bottle of "Saku", so I drank it as a celebratory sake on New Year's Day. It was served cold, and although it was refreshing to the palate, I was amazed at the wonderful cycle of the Junmaishu's typical umami that came afterwards. I would like to share it with you on special occasions in my life in the future as well❗.

The bright red label is already everything. Wonderful! The taste is like a Junmai sake, mellow and rice-like with a great mouthfeel. It's good cold, but lukewarmly warmed is delicious✨.

I bought this because of the traditional label and "superb". I opened it with great anticipation. The taste starts with a fruity aroma, then the balance of umami and acidity is in full swing, and then it finishes with a sharp break. This repetition made me drink it in no time ☺️ It was truly "superb"!

We found it at Sendo, a supermarket in Chiba. I bought it immediately because of the autumnal label and the fact that it's a local sake! I looked forward to opening it today. It smells like a Junmai Ginjo with a mellow aroma. The mouthfeel is slightly fizzy and stimulating, and the taste is attacked by a balance of sweetness and acidity, with a pleasant aftertaste that is not too big and lasts just right✨ This is a gem that I hope to have again next year! Let's go buy it again😄.

We got some Otokoyama from Hokkaido! The color is beautiful with a slight golden hue. The taste has a massive attack followed by a burst of umami! After that, there is a lingering aftertaste, and then the dream cycle ends with a dry finish (lol).
