When I found out about the release of this product, I looked around for it at various stores, even though I don't usually buy one-cups. I finally found all kinds of One Cups one day ago ❗. Once again, the power of Shimura Ken is huge. That laugh is necessary in today's world. I hate Corona.... I've been living with that thought for the past year. In the midst of all this, Ozeki's products have given me the power of words and courage. Sake is good, isn't it? I can do my best again tomorrow☺️.

I bought it at Life. I took a prominent brand to heart! It's a Junmai Daiginjo and I can't stop feeling excited lol The aroma is blissful with mellow aromas. The taste is also so mellow and well balanced it's impressive☺️ I knew the major leagues were really good, I really feel the depth of sake! I will study it again 😂.

I had always heard that there was a delicious sake in my mother's hometown of Murakami since I was a child. When I was a university student, I found out that it was "Shimeharizuru," but I couldn't tell how great it was. I thought I had started to understand it after I was over 40 years old, but I had no way of knowing its depth and just got drunk. Recently, for the first time in several years, I had a bottle of "Shimeharizuru", and I'm ashamed to say that I was so impressed by its taste that I found today's "Jun Junmai Ginjo Sake" at AVE and bought it on impulse! That's how I had it today! The aroma is elegant and conveys its deliciousness on its own. The taste is mild, but there is a wide range of deliciousness, and the assertions are well balanced! I wonder if this is a characteristic of Niigata sake. I can just picture the happy faces of all my relatives! I'm going to drink "Sime Hari Tsuru" again with all my heart and soul✨.

I received this at the end of the year and was looking forward to the day I would drink it. The package is a beautiful blue bottle with a bright label✨ 19% alcohol content is impressive! I drank it cold and chilled! The aroma was rich and full of flavor. The taste is rich and delicious, with a matching mellowness. It's a gem that wraps up a meal well and can be enjoyed over and over! It's just that it's high in alcohol content, so it's not as good as it sounds (lol).

The first major brand in a long time. I drank it with all my heart! I knew the aroma was the same, but the flavor and lingering aftertaste was immeasurable (lol) This lingering aftertaste goes great with food! I knew major league, premier league, and top league were different! I will continue to look forward to it (^o^)/!

I first learned about Izumibashi at the famous Waichi restaurant in Kosugi. Although the shop is no longer there, I had a drink while remembering the master who used to participate in everything from rice planting to rice harvesting ✨I think the delicious sake from Izumihashi Brewery, marked with a dragonfly symbol, is one of the best products representing Kanagawa! Banzai Ebina☺️!

These are the "Enazan" that I bought online for the end of the year. Today I had a bottle of Hidahomare Junmai Ginjo ✨ The aroma and color are like a Junmai Ginjo, with a nice faint scent. The taste was delicious, with a bitterness and spiciness that covered the entire body at once, followed by a crisp aftertaste that was too good to pass up. I love this cycle! This is an excellent product that makes me want to drink it again lol ☺️.

I bought this at Yaoko's at the end of the year. I bought it immediately when I saw Jyoshikuheiji ✨I was shocked when I drank it before, so I had high expectations for this one too! I chilled it and married it with nabe today. I tasted it like a wine, just like the label. You don't get much of an aroma, but you do get a hint of rice flavor. The taste is just dry. You can feel the tingling of the bubbles a little, but it has a dry aftertaste that recedes quickly. I'm sure you'll be happy to hear that. There is a story behind this 🍀It was great. I'm looking forward to the next one from Kuheiji ☺️.

I always buy Enazan online. I bought the limited edition "Sumikawa" for the New Year! Today, January 1st, I opened it ✨The taste is like a Junmai Daiginjo, clear and light on the palate, but the umami explodes in your mouth! This is delicious! The aftertaste is also clean and refreshing, so you can go on to the next one (lol) Yup, I'm hooked on this one! We'll see you again next year!

After some hesitation at the roadside station in Hanyu, we decided on "Harukiku". I was intrigued by the fact that it uses Saitama's original yeast! The aroma of Junmai-shu's unique rice fragrance spreads, and the taste is pleasant with a well-balanced flavor that enters the mouth easily. The acidity is mild and the aftertaste is smooth and clean. You can have as many glasses of this as you want. lol Thank you for the treat✨.

I bought it at a roadside station in Kisarazu on my way home from golf the other day! We were rummaging through the local liquor and chose a gem from a brewery not far from that roadside station (very exciting!). This was my first time to try a sake from Chiba Prefecture. The aroma was dry and aromatic. It had a moderate flavor and acidity. What's this dry taste! The crisp, dry mouthfeel goes straight to the finish. Delicious ✨This goes well with a meal 😃 I can feel the aroma of the sea in Tokyo Bay ‼️It was a masterpiece of Uchibo Kimitsu(^o^)/.

When I looked at the shelves at a nearby Maibasuketto, I was struck by the nostalgic sound of "Kiyosu" and immediately bought on impulse! The taste is like a junmai ginjo, crisp and easy to drink, with a strong aftertaste! This is...The Cosa Award ✨ Kiyosuzakura-san is very much like a paper carton of oni-koroshi, but the taste, bottle and label are great. I want to drink it again☺️.

I found this sake from Yamagata at Vinos Yamazaki. I bought it because of its imposing label. The aroma is wonderfully sweet and delicate, with a special Daiginjo aroma. The taste is a miraculous explosion of rich flavor! Sweetness and a hint of mildness swirl around in your mouth, with a nice gentle aftertaste at the end! It was pleasantly received ✨.

The second local brewery in Kanagawa! Mori Masu from Koganei Shuzo in Atsugi. 100% Miyamanishiki Special Junmai. The taste is, in my opinion, "Balancer of the year". The rice flavor spreads in your mouth, and the various flavors and aromas come together to create a refreshing finish. The crisp aftertaste is exquisite❗You got it, KANAGAWA(^o^)/ I'd like to find more of these delicious gems!

Sake from my hometown, Kanagawa. A brewery near a beautiful park with a clear stream in Tanzawa where I went to play with my kids. We bought it at the Belk in Hadano. It has a faintly nice aroma. The taste was gentle at first, and the flavour spread throughout the drink and stayed on the finish. The impression is gentle and elegant. A true gem! I'm ready for another drink!

I saw it at Vinos Yamazaki and bought it on impulse. At first glance, it looks like a gem from Alsace. But a Junmai Daiginjo made of Yamada-Nishiki? I was so curious that I started with the aroma. It had a faint aroma and was not strong. The taste comes in smoothly and quietly, with a small amount of bubbles, and then the flavor spreads across the mouth. The aftertaste is rich and happy. I've never tasted anything like it before, and I'm sure I'll be a repeat customer. I used to live in Aichi Prefecture, so this reminded me of Otaka, where this brewery is located, so I drank it! I'd love to visit when I get to travel!

Impulse buy at Mommy Mart in Saitama. The PR in the store was awesome. Among them, this one ball, with the delicacy of the label and the face, is fantastic! Apparently, the media has been covering the Sato Sake Brewery, and it seems they are a brewery to watch. Now for the tasting. The aroma is light and pleasant, with a clean scent. The taste is light and light at first, and then the deliciousness hits you in all directions, which is also very pleasant ✨ This is a gem that has a deep, new feel to it.

My favorite Tateyama brand. I got a bottle of Hyogo Yamadanishiki Junmai Ginjo sake! Bright golden color with a hint of gold. Light and fluffy in the mouth, with a nice fruity scent that escapes to the nose. Excellent! The label is beautiful and memorable in color. It's still the best Tateyama brand!

The bright blue label matches the refreshing taste. The balance of fresh flavor and acidity is good, and the aftertaste is refreshing. A virtuous cycle that will make you want to drink it again in a heartbeat! I had it with sashimi of squid! It was a nice marriage ☺️.
