Yesterday and today my daughter had a good result in a game and I went to the liquor store to have a sparkling drink with my hardworking mom and found this one.
It's something that hasn't been around much since we got a 0°C fridge, but it's been a while since I've had a healthy burst of bubbles 🫧.
The cage is automatically stirred😊.
Shwashy bubbles, pleasant aroma and refreshing yogurt & creaminess when you include it, rice flavor, and a refreshing acidity from the cupped and refreshing aftertaste that is typical of low al 9%. No bitterness in the aftertaste.
This is delicious 😋.
The only thing is that it is only 500mL.
But it's good to drink it while it's still fresh.

The balance of the excellent "Tokujun of Tokujun" in my opinion, Nabe-sama ❤️
My personal preference is Tasake for fire-roasted Tokujun and Nabeshima for Nama.
The aroma is 🍎gassy and all the flavor elements are exquisitely balanced without being too assertive in their own right. This is still too good 😊.
Can be drunk with a meal or on its own, this is still the best ‼️

It has a full-bodied sweetness, a slightly creamy rice flavor, and a moderate acidity to bitterness. I can't rely on my stupid taste buds when it comes to this rice flavor (even my mom says, "Really?"). (Even my mom says, "Really?"). I have drunk a few kafuda sake, but I think this rice flavor is characteristic of them. I think so. In a silly tongue way 😛 gas is also piquant🫧.
In any case, there is no hassle with the sake of the packaged sake!

I went to the liquor store to cook spare ribs to pass the time after a night shift.
I had my eye on this one.
I was confused with Ibuki, the green & green bottle connection, and took this one home 😊.
The aroma is muscat to apple. It also smells like cooked rice.
When you drink it, the sweetness and umami are about 4:6. There is a sense of gas. Even though it is well chilled, the umami has a thick texture. It is as good as the meat!
The middle part has a nice rice flavor! The bitterness in the second half of the bottle is ummmm ❗️
It's also a great cospa 😀 Delicious ‼️
The second day was even better, and my mom and I drank it together and it was gone 💦.

This one is delicious and I am sure I like it, so after much deliberation at the liquor store, I gave in to temptation and bought it again because it is inexpensive.

The aroma is gorgeous, and when you taste it, the ginjo aroma is even more pronounced, with a sweet, full Yamadanishiki-like sweetness.
The taste is not cloying, but rather refreshing from the mid-part of the bottle, and the rice flavor and bitterness lingers at the end.

I don't think it's banana, but it definitely has a yellow peachiness when warmed up a bit 🍑.
Elegant sweetness, fresh and juicy acidity, and a solid wood vat feel.
I thought it was a little thinner than I would have liked for a Niimasa when I drank it before, but after drinking it this time, I don't think that's the case. It is delicious when it has warmed up a little after being taken out of the ice cellar.
On the second day, the flavor is more pronounced and delicious.
It also has some vanilla flavor.
