Today I had to work until morning after the night shift, but my two junior high and high school sons had final exams, so the three of us went out for yakiniku for lunch.
In my 40s, I would say that it is somewhat frustrating to eat the same lunch but be full and have the high school students eat meat.
So I went to bed in the evening and I wasn't hungry 💦 at night.
But I made chanko-nabe for the night and had it specializing in vegetables😊It was just plain delicious😊.
And since I could eat, I decided to get on a roll and have a drink at home this year.
I don't know if I was pulled in by the bottle, but when I opened the bottle, the aroma was of cider with a faint apple aroma. It has a slight carbonation and tastes like cider 🫧 with a slight bitterness in the second half that goes well with a meal 😉 Mom said it was easy to drink too. It's a little less rich or thick than the hi-ire, but in a good way, it has a nice freshness that is not typical of tasake 🩵.
