I brought home a bottle of the rebranded Sentori.
I had a hard time deciding which one to choose because of my cellar, but I decided to start with Kame-no-o, so I brought home a bottle of the Classic.
The aroma, the sweet yogurt feeling.
The carbonation is strong. The sweetness is less than you would expect, with a grape-like sweetness in the middle, and a sourness that quickly shows itself, and then a sharpness and bitterness at the end.
The aroma has a nice woody aroma with a hint of vanilla.
This is good! As expected of Sentori!
But then again, it seems like I've had this somewhere before.
It seems to be from the same place. Is it a little bit sweet and wild, or is it a little bit like Hozu? I can't rely on it because I have a stupid tongue 😭.
It becomes creamy and mellow when mixed with cage. The bitterness at the end is also up a bit. This is good again 😋.
I'm sure it's the type of beer that will become more umami in the first few days after opening, and the individual flavors will become more balanced and cohesive. Looking forward to it 😋.
