Yesterday I was on night shift after 8 hours from day shift, so I opened the bottle today🫧🫧.
Bubbles that almost overflow when you open the lid🫧🫧🫧🫧.
Big bubbles and light niggles, unlike the zero the other day. I thought the secondary fermentation in the bottle might have eaten away some of the sugar, but it's still sweet 😊.
Thick sweetness like grapes, bubbles and freshness from the acidity of the sake ✨.
I think this is an enhanced version of my favorite Sandoni Nozomi brew. Awesome new year, too good 😍.
I think it's going to be another great year ‼️
