Yasudaya's pickled pork in miso sauce. It is very close to the Bukou Sake Brewery, so you can buy it at any time as a souvenir from Chichibu.
The aroma is subdued, the taste is smooth, and it is slightly dry, just as the label says. The water used seems to be of high quality, and it has a bitter aftertaste with a slight minerality, making it a perfect match for the pork miso pickles.
