Since the date of production is December 2012, it seems to be leftover from the Aomori Fair held long ago.
It has 17% alcohol by volume, so it comes with a punch, but it does not have a sharp taste, so it is easy to drink for an undiluted sake, and it is even better when the temperature rises. I think it goes better with strong snacks.

It is a junmai sake made in the cold, with all the ingredients (rice, yeast, water, etc.) produced in Kochi Prefecture, and has a slightly dry, cool, refreshing taste that goes very well with bonito tataki.
