We are grateful to the sake brewery, the sake store, and the people involved for making it possible for us to have the luxury of receiving and tasting the good luck sake squeezed on the morning of Risshun. It has a slight sizzle and a smooth, sweet, juice-like sensation that lingers in the mouth with a tangy aftertaste that makes you happy. Rating: A

It has a sharpness that washes away the oil from the tuna in the ehoumaki in a good way. I have the impression that it overturns the image of Junmai Daiginjo in a good way. It is too spicy when warmed up, so I prefer it when it is well chilled. Rating: A

[Place of purchase]? (Gift received) The accompaniment is an osechi from the Italian restaurant Osteria Quantobasta. The first bottle of this year's drink was a traditional New Year's gift, "Takeba Katsudo Nigori Sake" (Takeba Active Nigori Sake). At first, the supernatant was left as it is. You can enjoy the slightly tangy taste and a sense of schwarziness. When we then swirled it, it added an interesting thick rice flavor, but it seemed a little less mature than last year's. Rating: A

Where to buy】Shinshu Kuraudo Accompanied by omelette. This bottle was selected at Shinshu Kuraudo in Nagano Station after trying three different kinds. It is as fresh and refreshing as the label says, with a slightly bitter aftertaste. Easy to drink and delicious. Rating: A
