Hello everyone, I've been having a hard time getting back into the swing of things. I have been having a lot of days where I just go with the flow and drink and have not been able to review anything at all. I have gone through more than 10 brands so far. Here is another review after I finished drinking. It is delicious! But astringent. I guess it's a food wine. It's not like drinking it by itself. I get excited when summer sake comes out. As long as I forget the summer heat... ๐Ÿ˜…

It is now morning. I didn't finish my work and had a drink at this time of the day, which was supposed to be a break. ๐Ÿ˜… Easy to drink. It seems to be still new and made by a toji in his 20s. It seems to be made by a toji in his 20's. When I hear that, it certainly tastes young. I think it has a gentle flavor that goes well with everything. Highly recommended! I look forward to its future growth ๐Ÿ™.

Good morning, Mr. Sakana๐ŸŸ! (^โ—‹^) You didn't finish your work and it's 4:00 in the morning with a little bit of a drink? Good morning! I see that Ota Sake Brewery is in Iga, even though it is in Mie. It's great to be in your 20s these days.

Kumagai-san, I'm sorry I couldn't reply to your comment at all! I'm not mad at anyone for drinking at 4am, but it makes me feel like I'm doing something wrong๐Ÿ˜…I'm glad to see young people working so hard!

It has been a long time. It has been a long time. I went to New York for work and caught a cold from there (it was not Corona), so I had to refrain from drinking. The first one after a long absence is Yokoyama (ๅœ‹ๅนณ็ฑณ). I'm sure many of you know this brand, but it is limited to a certain izakaya. It is quite valuable because Yokoyama-san is competing with Omachi. It tastes a little spicier than the usual YOKOYAMA. It is not spicy. How can I describe it? It's a bit spicy, but it's not spicy. I think it has a calm finish. Moderate acidity. A little sweetness. Sorry, I just got over a cold and my nose is not right, so my sense of taste is a little sensitive. It may not be very helpful this time. Personally, it's not a taste I would buy again, but it was a good experience. I'm looking forward to summer sake, everyone!

Thanks for your comment, Pon-chan! I'm well enough to drink now, but if I don't drink for a few weeks, I suddenly become weak. I have the impression that ๐Ÿ˜…Yokoyama is a very easy brand to drink. Overall, they are sweet!

A well-balanced brand, it seems. It is neither sweet nor spicy, and goes well with everything. It is delicious. I tend to drink too much these days, but I think I could finish a whole four-pack of this one. It may be safe to say that it is safe, but in a sense, I think it is more difficult to master safe than to master individuality. It is somewhat recommended for beginners. Personally, if you are a sake beginner, I would recommend a sweeter brand.

Yesterday, I got carried away and drank up to four gongs. It was that easy to drink. Cherry blossoms have started to bloom. It already feels more like summer than spring outside. I am looking forward to sipping sake while viewing the cherry blossoms.

It tastes like "ah, it's Akabu," as anyone who has had Akabu will tell you. It also has a strong sweetness. I was supposed to drink it slowly, but I emptied four gou in one night... Even if you are not a fan of sake, you should give this a try. I am grateful that there is such a brand. Have a nice spring, everyone!

Spring has come again this year. Cherry blossoms have started to bloom in Tokyo. I went out to a liquor store today and picked up this! I think I have seen this every year, but this is the first time I bought it this year. It was as expected, in a good way. Sweet, presentable, and delicious. Even people who don't like sake can enjoy this sake. It is just as the title of Uki Uki and the fluorescent pink label. Highly recommended!

A surprisingly overlooked gem. I had seen it before but never bought it. As a person who often buys jackets, I think the design of the label might have spoiled it for me. I drank it at a tasting and thought, "This is it! I thought. Even though the tasting was full of well-known brands, it was one of the most memorable bottles. It has a clean taste, so you can enjoy it on its own. Of course, it is also good with light snacks.

It has been a while. I realized that the first day of spring has been here before I knew it. I have not posted for a long time, but I have been quite a drinker. Today is Kikuhime, recommended by the liquor store. Surprisingly, this may be my first time. Rich and mellow! A taste that won't be defeated by most snacks. It has a powerful flavor that makes you think "I drank it! It has a strong flavor that makes you feel like you've had it. The alcohol content is a little high, but it is easy to drink. It would be good with fried food (with a little salt).

Looks like it's going to be seriously cold this week! Let's all stay warm and watch out for colds. And here is the first bottle opened today! This is Masumi, which is actually the first time for us. I can't find the kanji for "true," so I'll just leave it here. I think I would drink it at an izakaya, but I was surprised even by myself. I think I'm going to get hooked on this keg sake! There's no doubt that the Masumi is delicious, but most of all, the fact that this barrel flavor is so well reflected in the taste is fantastic! I have never tasted a sake with such a strong cedar aroma. I wonder if there are other brands that have such a strong cedar flavor. As for the taste, it is not too spicy, not too sweet, and has a nice, versatile flavor that can easily be paired with anything. I need to go get another bottle!

Happy very late New Year, Happy New Year! Last year I posted a long post, but this year I will be posting short and quick. Sorry for the personal situation. My first post of the new year is Yamori, but the first bottle I drank was Hakurakusei. I already drank another bottle, sorry, I forgot the brand name by mistake. It was delicious! Now, it's been a while since I've had Yamori. No doubt about it! Just the right amount of sweetness and aftertaste. If you live in Tokyo, you must try this sake at least once. Please do visit us again in the new year!

Last night's year-end party (sort of). Good sake and good food! I'd like to say that I couldn't be happier. I feel like I spent the end of the year in the right way. All the brands were delicious. I think it is possible to finish off the year by shifting from spicy to sweet and shwashy.

I have been looking for a long time to drink Koei Chrysanthemum. The other day, I found it at the Ginza Six Imameya. I had a hard time deciding between three different kinds, but this time I chose this one, which I thought I could only drink now. The bottle opened with a pop, unexpectedly and with great gusto. It just so happened to be the perfect brand for Christmas. I say coincidentally, but I didn't read the label well enough... It's a little tangy and a little strong, but I guess that's what this label is all about. The balance of flavors is just right. Is it slightly spicy after the sweetness? It is good to drink by itself or with fish. (It might be sushi rather than fish.) Also, it is good to be left out? (It may be sushi rather than fish.) Also, the taste is good. It's not so much sharpness, but rather a sense of? It is crispy. I think it is crisp and doesn't interfere with other dishes. Well, maybe I should have bought all three kinds at once. But I was hesitant to buy them all at once, considering that I will be going back home. I will visit Imanaya again to purchase them.

The pitch has been so fast lately that I really have to weigh myself a bit. I think I have to be a little more cautious. Sweat I bought this bottle when I was in Toyama on business the other day. I found it at a place like a roadside station and bought it immediately! Haneya itself is sometimes seen in Tokyo, but I didn't think I'd see much Kinka. It was like sweetness from sourness, with almost no spiciness. I was drunk when I started drinking it, so I'm sorry I can't give a very accurate review. If you have ever had Haneya, you can imagine what I mean. It is easy to drink and even those who don't like sake can enjoy this brand. I was actually planning to save it until the New Year...I got carried away, but I had a good time.

Continuing on from yesterday's series, here is the series that I drank. However, I think many of you have drunk Koshi, so I don't think I need to give you that much feedback. It is delicious and easy to drink. You could probably drink it on its own in a leisurely way. If you like dry sake, you will probably have different tastes, but if you are not used to drinking sake, I think it is perfect for you. A light, light snack might go well with it. The year is almost over! I hope to enjoy good sake until the end of the year and the New Year!

Sorry, I was in a good mood and drank the four-pack before I could write my impressions. So, I can't write a detailed impression, but from my drunken memory, I think it had a moderate acidity and sweetness, with a clean aftertaste, just as the label says. I think it goes well with anything, but personally, I thought it would go better with boiled or grilled fish than sashimi.

The year is almost over. I hope everyone has had a fulfilling sake life. This is my first time at Nagurayama. Maybe you have had it at a restaurant, but this is the first time in my memory. I won't write too long about it, so I'll just be straight to the point: it's good! I think it is a very well-balanced brand. I think it is a very well-balanced brand. Not too hot, not too sweet. I think it is a brand that stands up well with anything. It may be too sweet for those who like dry sake, but that's just the way it is. If it were a four-pack bottle, I would drink it with the same vigor as if it were already gone by the time I realized it. This makes me curious about the standard Nagurayama.

I accidentally erased what I wrote earlier. I was drunk and didn't have the energy to write twice. It is delicious. For some reason, it tastes like seawater. It is not too high in alcohol content at 13%, so I think it is ideal as a drink to be kept on hand. Although it is made with seafood in mind, it seems to go well with pretty much anything, so it's good enough to keep on hand. I'll leave it at this point. I'll leave it at that ๐Ÿ™.
