It has been a long time. It has been a long time. I went to New York for work and caught a cold from there (it was not Corona), so I had to refrain from drinking.
The first one after a long absence is Yokoyama (國平米). I'm sure many of you know this brand, but it is limited to a certain izakaya. It is quite valuable because Yokoyama-san is competing with Omachi.
It tastes a little spicier than the usual YOKOYAMA. It is not spicy. How can I describe it? It's a bit spicy, but it's not spicy. I think it has a calm finish. Moderate acidity. A little sweetness.
Sorry, I just got over a cold and my nose is not right, so my sense of taste is a little sensitive. It may not be very helpful this time.
Personally, it's not a taste I would buy again, but it was a good experience.

Thanks for your comment, Pon-chan! I'm well enough to drink now, but if I don't drink for a few weeks, I suddenly become weak. I have the impression that 😅Yokoyama is a very easy brand to drink. Overall, they are sweet!
