Kakuemon Pink Label I heard it is commonly called "Pinkakku". As the label explains, it has a melon-like sweet aroma and flavor, with a fresh gasiness and a bitter aftertaste. The lingering bitterness in the aftertaste is unique and addictive. It is easy to drink and you will drink it, but be careful not to drink too much as it has a high alcohol content of 17 degrees!

This nigori sake has a pink color reminiscent of spring. It is said that red yeast is used to produce this color. It has a yogurt-like sourness, sweetness, and a gaseous taste. The aftertaste, however, is slightly bitter and sharp, making it easy to drink without being harsh.

I drank it for the first time, but when I opened the bottle according to the warning, the contents spilled out and I panicked. I wiped the table and finally took a sip. It's quite rich, sweet and a little sour, but it's easy to drink with a clean aftertaste.

It is easy to drink with a gorgeous aroma and a refreshing taste with a touch of sweetness. The aftertaste is sharp and leaves a slight numbness on the tongue. We drank it at a sushi restaurant, and it was a perfect match because it is not too sweet and has a nice sharpness.
