Hirasen's FOUR SEASONS series summer sake.
It has the richness typical of Yamahai sake and the sweetness typical of Tobirazumi.
The overall impression is refreshing and easy to drink, as is typical of summer sake.
Chokaizan Dry Junmai Sake that I was interested in
A collaboration with local company TDK
Interesting sake with different rice polishing ratios for kake rice and koji rice.
With a sake strength of 7.3, it has a dry, refreshing taste with a bitter aftertaste.
It is not only bitter but also easy to drink, with a strong sense of gas.
I think it is rare to find a dry sake with such a strong gaseous taste.
It is delicious with food.
Atago no Matsu Summer Sake
The overall impression is refreshing, but a hint of sweetness comes with a bang.
It has no peculiarities and is easy to drink.
Delicious with strong dishes.
As is typical of Atago no Matsumatsu, this sake is excellent as a food sake.
Good morning, Shou-san!
One summer's love is delicious, isn't it😋?
I read your review and thought, "Yes, yes, it's refreshing, but it's also delicious! I was thinking back to how refreshing and yet delicious it was 🤗.
It is fruity and sweet, with a touch of bitterness.
The aftertaste is refreshing and leaves a slight numbness on the tongue, making it easy to drink.
The sake rice used is Manamusume from Miyagi Prefecture, but this is the first time I've had it.
First summer sake of the year
Very refreshing and easy to drink!
There is a slight bitterness that is typical of A-Sakura.
Good aftertaste, but with a hint of sweetness afterwards.
Delicious with sashimi!
The first Toichi I ever drank.
And the first sake rice Hakutsuru Nishiki I ever drank.
Hakutsuru-Nishiki is a cross between Yamadaho and Watabune, the same rice as Yamadanishiki.
The aroma is gorgeous, but not too sweet or too dry.
The finish is rather sweet, with a slight sourness in the aftertaste.
