We were told they had a bottle of Shinmasa, so we ordered it.
They said it was a fresh sake made in 2020.

I ordered this at a bar I stopped by on a trip to Saga.

I bought it at Takadome Sake Shop when I visited Yokote.
The ogara-mi of Harukasumi's No. 6 yeast is available in the market, but the draft sake is only available at Takadome Sake Brewery.
It is easy to drink, with a mild and refreshing mouthfeel typical of Harukasumi and a hint of the freshness of the No. 6 yeast.
