This is one of the gifts from the brewery that my wife won by answering a survey at the brewery festival. It is a low-alcoholic, non-intrusive summer sake. It has a taste suitable for a mealtime drink. The sake brewed by a sake brewery in Kazo City, Saitama Prefecture, is not flashy, but it is a delicious sake that goes well with meals.

This is the sake I won in a survey at a brewery festival held at Kamaya, a sake brewery in Kazo City, Saitama Prefecture. It has a high alcohol content of 18%, but when served on the rocks, it goes down smoothly and refreshingly. It has a melon-like aroma and taste with a slightly thickened texture. It is the season for summer sake! It goes perfectly with cold sake.

Buy at the warehouse 1760 yen / 720ml This brewery is known for "Rikishi," which Saitama Prefecture residents have probably seen before. The brewery has a well-stocked store and is close to the aforementioned Shimizu Sake Brewery, but has a very different atmosphere. It has a fruity, elegant taste with a good balance of sweetness and acidity.

Memorandum. 100% Yamada-Nishiki used, Polishing ratio 60%. I remember it was easy to drink and had a slight sake aftertaste. When I was a child, I used to watch the commercials of the representative brand, Rikishi, but recently the number of commercials of sake has decreased a lot. It is sad to say the least.
