I used to drink a 4-pack bottle in 3-4 days, but by the time I finished it, I could barely taste the rice. I was a little short of sake, but I asked the store owner about it.
He said that most of the regulars at this store buy one bottle, and that with one bottle, they can continue drinking the original rice flavor for a long time. He told us that the first, acidic, clean sake is good, but as time goes by, the differences of the rice and water in each sake become apparent, and it is fun to enjoy them.
He also told us about this way of drinking. He told me that people who like sake buy another bottle of the same brand when they open half of a bottle and keep drinking it, adding more to keep it mellow.
I didn't know there was such a way to drink. I was impressed by the depth of the knowledge of the sake brewing process.

This sake brewery always puts a sticker on everything that needs to be kept cold. They say this is something that doesn't change much, so it can be stored at room temperature.
