Oze no Yukidoke Natsugin Junmai Daiginjo I was sweating a little after tinkering with my bike and car, so I disinfected my throat in the light of day. It's summer sake on a hot day. It also looks cool standing up. It is softly sweet and light on the palate. It has bitter and sour tastes, but they are well balanced. After passing through the throat, there is a short aftertaste on the tongue. A beautiful aroma escapes into the nose. The evening is just around the corner. We are going to enjoy a good time with a slight intoxication 😊.

Bunkajin Summer Jungin Junmai Ginjo The haunted label is a very good one that we enjoyed last year 👻. I kind of enjoy the luminescence of the label. It's cute😍. It's still delicious. It's a summer sake, but it's got a lot of umami. It has a nice carbonation, and then a sizzling umami taste. The bitter taste at the end is so good that it makes you want to take another sip.

Mimuro Sugi Summer Jun Yamadanishiki Refreshing and crisp. It has a tangy and gaseous taste. It is juicy and delicious. This is the best when it comes to steaming. I managed to leave about a cup. Looking forward to more after tomorrow 😋.

Sairai the starry night Vesper The day has grown longer. I couldn't wait for the starry night and opened the bottle at twilight. But it's a good time for Vesper. Well, it's all right as long as the drink tastes good 😁. The aroma is lactic acid like Sairai. Modest sweetness and light bitterness. The aftertaste when it goes down the throat and the aftertaste, it has a characteristic but it's hard to put into words. My wife says it's like "Iburi goko?" I kinda get it 🤣.

Kame no Kai Semishigure Junmai Ginjyo Nama It's hot and humid. I couldn't stand it until the cicadas started singing, so I opened a bottle of this one. I cooled it down to a crisp and started it off. The fresh aroma is nice. This is a white grape. Or maybe a white wine. It is sweet and sour with a strong acidity. When the temperature rises, there are lychee and berry-like flavors. You can enjoy this wine with a big gulp. This is not a four-pack bottle, but a one-pack bottle.

Sono Kangiku True White Junmai Daiginjo Omachi 50 Unfiltered Nama-shu Compare the white label. It has a thick, sweet and juicy flavor that is typical of Omachi, but it melts easily. The sweetness is more like transparent white sugar than fruit. The bitterness at the end is also good. Sake rounded out by too much sun at the children's field day 😆 It was a happy day.

Imbi WHITE It is our wedding anniversary. Somehow white 🤍label drinking comparison. Like a wedding dress (appropriate). This is the first time for me to drink WHITE 😦. The label is hard to photograph😅. The aroma is moderate and the acidity is strong, sweet and sour. The acidity is not harsh, but soft or gentle. It is gentle. A hard-to-drink ebi. It was very delicious.

Koshi RAIKOU Raikou Junmai Ginjo Namaishu Refreshing and gorgeous, with a nice aroma. It has a pleasantly light, gaseous feel on the tongue. The light gaseous taste is good. Refreshing and delicious. The sweetness is moderate when cold. As the temperature rises, it becomes sweet and delicious. Still, it finishes nicely without being sticky. It was a good choice because it was a hot day and it was easy to drink. Thank you.

Saku Kami-no-ho Junmai Ginjo 2024 I wanted to drink this Saku Kami no Ho, so I went to a liquor store that carried Saku. They had some left! Thank goodness 😆. The aroma is gorgeous. Light, clear, sweet and tasty. Bitterness spreads early. Good balance. It's so good!

Akabu Jade Junmai Ginjo It was a hot day in May. So we will have this cooler one 😋. I know it tastes good, so I bought a bottle. The label is also beautiful. Refreshing sweetness and acidity. It's clear and low in alcohol, but not thin. It's still delicious.

Tenmei Kitakata Yamada Tokyo Milling Version I saw this for the first time, and I couldn't resist taking it home. It is made from Yamada Nishiki from Kitakata, Fukushima, milled at a famous rice shop in Tokyo, and brewed back in Fukushima. The aroma is unique, and the low milling rate of 85% is understandable. And it is dry. It also has a sense of transparency. Even when mixed with ori, it still has the same dry mouthfeel. Maybe it is because of the low alcohol content. The taste is refreshing with low milled rice. What is the meaning of grinding rice? What is the original taste of rice? What is the umami that sake should boast? I can't answer these questions, but I could tell that it is a delicious sake. Thank you very much for your hospitality 😆.

Bunraku Ryonagi Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Genshu I got Ryonagi around this time last year, and I'm going to drink it again this year. I would like to try reborn, but I can't find it easily 😖. It has a crisp and refreshing taste. It has a sweet taste, but it is soon broken by bitterness. It is the same as Sairai that you can feel a little bit of lactic acidity. The alcohol taste in the nose is also good. We enjoyed it with tempura 😄.

Echigo Tsurukame Junmai Daiginjo This is a fire-brewed, junmai daiginjo from Kashin. Gohyakumangoku is a typical Niigata sake. It has an image of being light, but its soft, firm sweetness and flavor may not be like Ihyakumangoku. Still, it is refreshingly crisp and easy to drink. I served it with salted salmon. It was delicious. In the end, I finished it (my wife drank more than half of it 😅).

Mimuro cedar, wooden vat, Bodai yeast, Yamadanishiki First of all, the fresh aroma is wonderful! The aroma is understated, but it's so good it puts a grin on your face 😋. Refreshingly sweet and acidic with a hint of green apple. It has a beautiful taste. It goes down smoothly. I managed to keep about half of it and want to enjoy the taste change 😄

Wakamusume Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama-shu I was torn between this and Moeki, but I took this one home first because it was highly rated by everyone. I'll try Moeki the next time I encounter it. I hope to have a chance to drink it. It is a 12 secret colors that are not oily. The first sip was a bit alcoholic? But from the second sip, it's so sweet and delicious. It is juicy with a tangy gasiness. As the name "secret color" suggests, it has an elegant taste. Thank you very much for your kindness.

Bizen Omachi Junmai Daiginjo Namaishu Shiboritate This is my favorite sake. It has been a long time since I had it. It is very thick and juicy. It is sweet and delicious. It's like Omachi. It has a little roughness as if it is a raw sake. The creamy sweetness changes to bitterness. It is still delicious.

Junmai Ginjyo Unfiltered Nama-zake Limited quantity brewed in a kuradashu brewery. This is also a sake from the brewery that we brought with us when we visited the Kitanishi Sake Brewery. Two bottles are available for comparison. One is white label and the other is light blue label. The 🤍 label is sweet and juicy. The 🩵 label is fresh. The common denominator is smoothness. This is delicious. It has a special feel. If you want to drink it by itself, it's light blue. If you want a snack, it's the white label. It was a fun comparison. Thank you for the food 😋.

Junmai Ginjyo Unfiltered Nama-zake Limited quantity brewed in a kuradashu brewery. This is a kuradashi-shu that we took with us when we visited the Kitanishi-shuzo brewery in Bunraku, Sairai. It is a stylish bottle with frosted glass and wooden tag. The moment we drank it, my wife and I looked at each other and nodded our heads. Delicious😍. The supernatant is amazingly sweet and clear. It goes from strawberry sweet to snappy. Beautiful. The piquancy and juiciness increases when you mix in the ori. The contents of the four-pack bottle disappeared in no time.

Murasakyu Junmai Ginjo Snow Label Nama Sake Three days in the valley of consecutive holidays. We worked hard, so we want to drink good sake tonight! I'll have a glass of Murasakiu that was in the cellar. The aroma is modest. It is deliciously bitter. It finishes with a firm bitterness, making it easy to drink. It is a beautifully balanced sake with little bitterness. I noticed that the four-pack was empty. It was delicious 😋.
