Haginotsuru Junmai Ginjo Betsujikomi 〜Everyone who loves cats and sake is a good person... The third Halloween bottle 🎃. Gorgeous aroma. Beautiful sweet flavor. It is sweet, but the taste is light and goes down smoothly. Akabu and Ozeyuki were delicious, but this one is great too. Sake is so good 😊. I love cats and sake, so I must be a good person 🤣.

Ozeyuki x Halloween Junmai Daiginjo Halloween exclusive sake The second bottle for Halloween is this one, which is an iron plate. It has a clear and beautiful sweetness. It is sweet but not too much so it is easy to drink. I think I prefer it chilled.

AKABU MONSTER 2024 Happy Halloween! It's the first one for Akabu. Fresh aroma. It is very Akabu-like. Fruity on the palate. It has a discreet sweetness and a characteristic acidity. Slightly tangy and gassy. The bitterness comes slowly and lingers for a long time. Oh, this is 16 degrees Celsius. It is easy to drink and dangerous.

Daimine 3 grains Namazume Hiyoroshi Yumachi Memorandum I was confused with Yamada-Nishiki, but this time I took some Omachi home with me. Hiyoroshi is very nice, isn't it? The aroma is not strong but soft and fluffy. The mouthfeel is gentle. It is not too sweet, but has a strong umami flavor. It is delicious. I'm glad I had a bottle of hiyaoroshi.

Akabake Junmai Ginjo Memorandum Calm and reserved aroma. From a clear sweetness to a calm umami. It has a low-alcoholic lightness, but also a gentle and slow aftertaste. The bottle was the right choice. I could enjoy it for a while.

Katsuma Junmai-shu Memorandum This is my first Katsikoma. It is not gorgeous, but it is easy to drink. It is spicy but not too spicy, and the umami spreads and gives a sense of nostalgia. You can drink it all the time. Mwah, I am happy.

Sairai Yoinokaze Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Unrefined Nama Sake Memorandum I was sweating a lot after weeding all day. I had this one because I worked so hard. It has a refreshing lactic acid aroma. It has an alcoholic and pungent taste, but it is still juicy. It is delicious. I am so happy.

Drunken Whale Ginrei Premium Junmai Daiginjo Memorandum Clear and dry. It has a beautiful taste. The flavor changes as the day goes by, but it seems to mellow a little and the umami taste increases. It was really delicious!

Sono Shangiku Denshokiku Junmai Daiginjo Yamadanishiki 50 Orikigarami Unfiltered Nama-shu I know it is delicious, so I brought it in a bottle. Gorgeous aroma. It has a fizzy and tangy taste. It has a fancy taste. It is sweet and juicy, just like Sono Kangiku. The bitter taste is strong at the end. It is delicious. It is so powerful that you might get tired if you keep drinking it without a chaser. I thought so, but my wife and I drank 3-4 cups 😅. Well, it's good, so I guess it can't be helped 😋.

Yamamoto Pure Black Junmai Ginjo Starts off cooled to a crisp. Mild and refreshing aroma. Blue banana when cold. As the temperature rises, it becomes more sharp with umami acidity. It may indeed remind you of citrus fruits. My wife, son, and I enjoyed it while saying, "It's delicious! Thank you for the delicious wine!

Daisen Sato Shoten 55th Anniversary Sake Checking in for 555, so here it is! This is a 55th anniversary sake from Sato Shoten in Higashi-Koganei. It is a special junmai NEO Oyama sake that has been laid down at a low temperature in the brewery for about four years. Looking forward to it 😋. The aroma is modest. The moment you put it in your mouth, the mild sweetness and umami flavor spreads and goes down your throat smoothly. It's really easy to drink and tastes great 😍 It's dry with a touch of alcohol, but full of umami. This would be a great match for oden and nabe dishes 😋. I drank it tonight from snow-cold to room temperature, but I hear that heated sake is also delicious, so I'm looking forward to it â

So-no-Kangiku -Identity 2024- So-no-Mai, light nigori, unfiltered unpasteurized sake Memorandum At my wife's parents' house. The cork flew out with a loud pop. It is a light nigori with a hint of haze. It is slightly carbonated and has a nice sparkle to it. It is sweet and tasty, but also light and easy to drink.

Tenranzan Junmai Unfiltered Nama Sake Slightly cloudy when transferred to a glass. Bubbles remain. The temperature is light at 13 degrees Celsius. It has a firm sweetness and acidity while still being crisp. It's a wine that can be enjoyed easily. Igarashi is delicious, but Tenranzan is also good.
