Yamazan Junmai Daiginjo Yamae Nishiki 40% Unfiltered Nama-shu This is my first Yamazan. This was also a sake I wanted to drink since I had seen it so often recently. Tingling and juicy. It is sweet and acidic, but not heavy. It has an apple-like fruitiness and is very beautiful. I thought this will be popular, but I have a feeling it will be sunk soon 😆.

Bunraku Barrel Sake Honjozo, cedar cask-packed We visited the direct sales outlet of the Northwest Sake Brewery, Jyuniya Sake Shop. We brought home several bottles, but my wife's first choice was this one. Barrel sake (packed in cedar barrels). Seems like a different topic for Mr. Northwest these days😅. But I love it too. The aroma of the barrels is softly fragrant. The taste is calm and clean. It enhances the aroma of the barrel sake, which is the main ingredient. And the aroma of cedar barrels in your mouth and down your throat. It is irresistible. I plan to enjoy it slowly.

Hirotogawa Junmai Ginjo Omachi Nama Shu Sweet and sour taste on the nose. You can feel the sweetness strongly. Juicy. It's like a green banana. I prefer unripe ones, so it strikes me👍. The impression is quite flashy. I think it is a little different from the image of Hirotogawa. If I was asked if I like it, I would say yes! I would answer "yes". On the second day, I think it has become more umami and mellow. It is definitely delicious too.

Nabeshima Aiyama Junmai Daiginjo Nama Shu I like the gaseous sound when the bottle is opened. I have nothing but high expectations. Is the aroma subdued? But as the temperature rises, it becomes more gorgeous. When you drink it, the sweetness is strong and the umami follows. The bitterness at the end is typical of Aizan. The juiciness of the unpasteurized sake can also be felt. It is delicious. It is dense. I'm happy with just this, and it also goes well with some snacks. I'm happy (for the second time) 😍.

而今 純米吟醸 三重山田錦 生 2023 曇天のなか、家族5人で井の頭公園へおでかけ。ボートにも乗ってきました🛥️ つ、疲れた😅 今晩はゆっくり家飲み而今です。 うーわ、おいしい！透明感がすごい。 フレッシュさもありつつスムーズで上品な甘み。優しい苦味からスッととけるようにキレます。ずっと飲んでいられる😍 500チェックインだったので贅沢なお酒をいただきました。 家族で過ごせた一日。きっとあと数年でメンバーが減ってしまうかな。 今日という一日に感謝です。 あ、なんか“而今”ぽいかも😆

Kameizumi Junmai Ginjo Nama Shu Nama Shu This is another sake that I know without a doubt will be delicious. For me, this is what I imagine CEL-24 to be. Sweet and sour pineapple. It is fresh and juicy. The aroma is also gorgeous. I enjoyed it tonight as well. Thanks for the treat 😆.

Ohmine Ohmine Cup With cherry blossoms in the garden. The timing was a little late and the cherry blossoms were in leaf. It was warm, so I took out a chair and sat down comfortably. Sweet and delicious! Daimine is also a definite favorite. It is 100ml so it evaporated very quickly.

Shotoku Junmai Daiginjo Kyo Purchased at Tomiya in Kyoto Station. It is a Kyoto souvenir. It is brewed with celebratory rice produced in Kyoto. Soft to dry in the mouth. It has a sour taste and is delicious. The accompaniment is dried mackerel with mirinboshi. That's right, it goes well with mackerel.

Mimuro Sugi, Roman Series, Grazie a Dio A light and beautiful sake. Refreshing sweetness like young melon. Banana-like as the temperature rises. The light bitterness disappears after a while. Eikofuji Aizan Junmai Daiginjo Unfiltered Nama-shu It has a strong sweetness. The gorgeous sweetness and umami spread in the mouth and fall down the throat leaving a bitter taste. There is a tingling sensation on the tongue. The sweetness takes precedence until the end. We enjoyed it with chirashi sushi and salmon sashimi. We thought it might not be a food sake, but it was delicious 😍.

Murasakyu Junmai Ginjo Harusake Sakura Label I found a liquor store a little far from here that carries Murasakyu 😆. This time I will have the Sakura 🌸 label. I wondered if the bottle had a special bottle stopper. After a few gulps, the bottle was finally opened. Fruity aroma. The freshness of the sake is good. The sweet and tasty acidity spreads in the mouth, and it finishes crisply, as is typical of Gohyakumangoku. I emptied the four-pack in no time. Delicious ‼️

Kido Junmai Ginjo-shu Haru no Kaorufu It was a spring storm today. We will have this one because of the wind connection, though it is not a "korukaze". It has a refreshing sweetness and soft acidity. It goes down your throat smoothly, and the alcohol is released softly through your nose. It is really a beautiful sake. As usual, the price does not match the taste. Is it the best in terms of cost performance?

Tedorigawa Sparkling dot The carbon dioxide gas is healthy! Open and close the screw stopper several times to open the bottle. Automatic stirring. The uneven dots on the label are fluffy to the touch and fun to drink 🎵. It's also very fluffy to the touch 🎵. The sweetness is moderate, the carbonation is strong, and it's delicious. At 13%, it is easy to drink and goes well with yakitori!

Akabu Junmai Ginjo Sake Mirai NEWBORN I was looking for NEWBORN to conquer but couldn't find it anywhere 😱. I went to the holy place and found it 😄It was a bottle, but that's what I wanted! Fresh😍piquant and juicy. Sweet but refreshing, with a nice bitterness that settles down in the second half of the bottle. Not heavy but not light either. It's a really well-balanced sake.

Sono Kangiku OCEAN99 Nagi-Spring Misty- light nigori unfiltered unpasteurized sake Since the cherry blossoms have bloomed 🌸, I made a sake that is associated with the spring season. The image is Kujukurihama beach where the cold has eased up and we are longing for spring. I should have drunk it a little earlier. When it is put in a glass, bubbles rise up. The gas feeling is strong. Sweetness and bitterness are also strong. It has a clear outline, but when you mix in the Oli, it mellows out the whole flavor. You can't go wrong with this series. It is delicious.

urazato (pale blue-green algae, esp. Microcystis spp.) I have wanted to drink Urasato for a long time after reading your review. This is the first time for me to drink light nigori. While the aroma is subdued, drinking only the supernatant gives it a juicy, subdued sweetness, and a light, pleasant bitterness that is sharp. Even when mixed with ori, it tastes crisp without being too sweet. It has more umami than sweetness. It is a bottle, so we drank it slowly, but it was very tasty and did not change its dryness even after the second day.

Murasakyu Junmai Ginjo Strawberry Label Tomorrow is the new year. I really want to drink some good sake. So, I'm going to drink this Murasakiu, which I've been seeing a lot at Sake-no-Wa recently. This is the first time for me to try it. It has a refreshing sweet and sour taste. It is indeed berry-like fruit. It has a refreshing taste and is easy to drink with some bitterness at the end. Sono Shungiku Leap Day Koshin -Special One This is a bottle that was squeezed on a leap day. It is fresh and juicy. You can feel the cleanness of the 29% polished rice on leap day. It has a calm sweetness and a bitter taste with a hint of chrysanthemum. It is definitely delicious. This year, I could enjoy this once-every-four-years sake a lot. Next time, I would like to try the Imi and O (or maybe not).
