The aroma on the nose is fruity, light yet moderately rich. There is a punch of tangy acidity on the tongue, and it disappears quietly.
It is a great pleasure for me to be able to drink Jun Dai at a reasonable price. I missed out on Hatsumu, Spring, Summer, and Autumn because I didn't have enough room in my refrigerator, but I hope to complete the collection someday.
I have only had Sake Mirai and Omachi, which I tasted at Yamanaka Sake store, and I'm really torn...
