I wanted to buy this honored chrysanthemum when I found it.
It was delicious.
It has a mellow flavor between apricot and peach, and the low alcohol content of 14% makes it easy to drink.
I paired it with grilled fish and steamed sudare shellfish, and enjoyed drinking it.

I looked this one up online as well.
It looks like it's been around for about 2 years.
It seems to be an autumn sake, so I guess that means it is not available at this time of the year.
I will try to buy it when I see it.
