y_miuraMy favorite brand, Kame no Kai. If the label is gorgeous and says "light nigori draft," I thought, "This will be delicious. I drank it with this in mind, and it was delicious. It has a gorgeous aroma and a slightly effervescent mouthfeel. It is still cold at night, but it was very nice and easy to drink, matching the name "Haruura" (spring).

y_miuraI was curious about this brand. It was like a refreshing mellow type. It was easy to drink and had a good flavor, which I personally don't have much of. It had an atmosphere of apricots and apples, and I could drink it with a gorgeousness that did not push the acidity. I would like to drink the others again.

y_miuraIt's been a while since I've had a "shi" (meaning "good" in Japanese). Maybe it's because I paired it with sweet meat and potatoes. Today, I felt the lightness of the taste was stronger. It was unusually umami and voluminous for Niigata, but I guess that's the strangeness of the pairing. It also had a strong alcoholic taste, so I finished it only during the meal. The description says it all, but basically, it is a delicious sake.

y_miuraI got sick at the beginning of the year and lifted the ban on alcohol for the first time in about three weeks. So I really wanted to drink at the beginning of the year. It is delicious. It had a punch of 17 degrees alcohol after a long time, but it had plenty of flavor and was as good as it should be.

y_miuraThe first sake I drank at the end of the year and the beginning of the New Year was "Shihu". The store owner recommended it to me and I bought it. I paired it with shabu-shabu at the end of the year and with osechi at the beginning of the year, and it was very delicious with its mild and gorgeous flavor. The taste was different from the image I had of Iwate sake, and I thought it matched the impression of the brand and the label. I am looking forward to enjoying many delicious sakes and meals this year.

y_miuraAn ejaculation beauty that I wanted to buy when I came across it. It is cloudy in the second half of the bottle. Brewer's alcohol is used, and the taste is dry. It has a fizzy feeling, and the alcohol content is 17%, so it is between voluminous and light, and has a gorgeous weight. I think it would have matched a hearty Christmas meal. Is this dry? It was unexpected. I would definitely like to try the other lineups if I come across them again.

y_miuraHosoyuki, I think it is a good name. And it was a very delicious sake. I have always liked this brand, but I really like the way the rich umami spreads on the palate and finishes with a nice bitterness along with a slight effervescence. It can be enjoyed with a meal or on its own.

I had the impression that this brand had a strong sweetness, but I thought this Zebra had the characteristics of sake rice and was easy to drink as a food sake. I thought it would be better if it was a little richer to make me feel that I had bought a bottle of Eikoufuji. The dinner was sweet braised pork cubes and black sea bream, so this clean and refreshing flavor matched perfectly 🦓.
