It's been a little while since the last time.... I was down with a bit of a cold, so it was inevitable. After such an illness, I chose "Purple Space". I bought it just for the atmosphere of the bottle, but let's see how it turns out. ...... The aroma is subdued, but the fragrance is gorgeously sweet. It is mild on the palate, with just the right amount of sweetness. ☺️ The taste reminds me of strawberry! It has both umami and bitterness, but they marry and create a strawberry flavor...! I've never tasted anything like this before! 🍓 I've never tasted anything like this 🍓... The flavor is quite long lasting! It has the potential to be the star of the show when served alongside food 💪. It was just a little sticky sweet. I thought it was the stickiness from trying to replicate the sweetness of strawberries 🤔. Personally, I was overwhelmed by the flavor, so the stickiness didn't bother me that much. Well, I have never experienced such a taste before..! Rarirararan🎶. Sake can reproduce any fruit lol. Yeah, it's delicious! () I have yet to taste the pineapple flavor of my favorite fruit, so if I can find the brand, I'll go for it and buy it 💪.

I bought a bottle of Mimuro Cedar that I had always wanted to drink! 🍶. I've also had Kaze no Mori from the same prefecture and it was delicious ✨️ but it didn't suit me a bit, so I'm not sure about this one: ...... It's a modern style. Modern, which is clear from the aroma after opening the bottle. It has a slight acidity. It has a hidden umami taste with a muscat-like sweetness...! I'm a very sweet person among modern types, but I think I could still taste the umami in this one 💪☺️ The alcohol taste is not strong and the aftertaste is clean! The sweetness is not that sticky and it is easy to drink! Dangerous! Yoshi! (Cat in the field) Very fruity and easy to drink! 😊 I don't really like too much sweetness, but I could taste the umami flavor and it was delicious! I would like to pick up Sake Mirai, which is solely rumored to be delicious, if I see it again✋.

Buy a bottle of new Akabu sake 🍶. I have always been curious about this brand since it is one of the top-ranked brands in Japan! Spring is coming, so I couldn't help but pick up the Aizan with the spring-like pink label 🌸. I was surprised to see the pink label of Aizan. It has a sweetness like muscat. The soft taste of Aizan brings out the flavor of the sake without being too sweet. The bitterness also follows, making it less sweet and more crisp. ☺️ The flavor has a slight acidity at the end, and the overall freshness makes it easy to drink! 🍶😎🍶🍶 The logo is so cool I even took a picture of the cork lol. It was just the day of the Doll's Festival (the day after the Doll's Day), so we toasted with Chirashi Sushi we had bought 🍣ᔆᵘᙚᑋⁱ. It's fruity, but it also has a dry and balanced impression that makes it easy to drink! I've had a few of these balanced sakes, but I thought this one was quite high quality👍. I'll try the standard sake next time!

This sake was also given to me by a relative🍶. I'm not sure if it's a good idea or not, but I'm sure it's a good idea. I've heard that it's a local brand, but in recent years, it has been distributed again! I'm very happy 👏. I heard that Aizu Miyazumi is distributed nationwide, but in recent years, it seems to be distributed again. I'm not sure if it's a good idea or not. The aroma is similar to that of Muscat. The taste is very dry and then the rice is very tasty. The first time I had a chance to taste it, I was surprised to find that it was so dry! Hot! I'm sorry, I wrote "Atamori" in the bottle. The Cherry Blossom is a very good wine, but it's also very good. The best thing is that the price is very reasonable! I'm not sure if I like it or not, but I personally prefer Kakuraku! ☺️

Saku was given to me by a relative. I live in Mie Prefecture, so I can find Saku anywhere, including convenience stores, but this Ise-Shima limited edition brew was only sold at a special distributor. It's nice to have a special feeling 🎉. The aroma is very fruity right after the bottle is opened. At first it tastes like melon 🍈. However, what is strong is the umami with a sense of rice! After the sweetness, the umami seeps out gradually. ☺️ The alcohol content is low at 13 degrees. It is not too strong and has a mild taste. It is very dangerous because you can gobble it up. I got it by chance, but it is delicious...lol! This thick-boned and modern feeling...it feels like a Mie sake...! I knew my hometown was good... It's easy to get locally and I want to taste all kinds of different crops. 😊 I feel like my drinking pace is picking up with all the delicious sake... Sake! I can't help but drink it!

Hope!" was released as a sake to support the recovery from the Noto Peninsula earthquake. I have mixed feelings about it, but I bought it 🍶. It is lightly nigori (light nigori). It has a light nigori (light cloudy) aroma, with only a faint scent. It is smooth and easy to drink. The sweet sourness gradually spreads and you can taste the sweetness close to apple, but it is not too sweet and the sweetness is gradually reduced. It has a very delicate taste! 😳 The overall flavor is gorgeous, the acidity is noticeable, and it's very Sentori. ☺️ Sentori has no disappointment! This is insanely delicious... 🥰. The taste shows the care and attention to detail, it's a great assemblage 👏. There may be little I can do to help, but I will support you in the form of a donation in the form of reconstruction support sake. This sake is very delicious, and I hope that people who read this check-in will consider purchasing it. My condolences to all those affected by the Noto Peninsula earthquake. We also hope for the quick recovery of the affected areas.

For the second time in my life, nigori sake! Snowball was good, but what will this be like? By the way, this is my first time to drink Kido too lol! I've never tasted nigori sake before, but this is the first time I've tasted it! I knew this chippy-chippy-chappa-chappa was a good accent and wonderful 👏. The silky mouthfeel of nigori first, followed by a hint of rice sweetness amidst the peculiar bitterness. The bitterness fades out later, and the sweetness intensifies! The sweetness continues to linger in your mouth even after you finish a glass. ❣️ When you drink only the top clear alcohol, it is slightly sweet, but the sweetness of nigori is subtracted, which makes it more astringent 🤔. I think nigori sake is unique and difficult to write my impression lol. But it's delicious and I finished it in 2 days. I will buy it while I can because nigori sake is almost finished!

Buy the instrumental Masamune that is rumored to be delicious 🍶. It's labeled 2024 so is it supposed to be a new sake? I looked it up but couldn't figure it out lol. Whatever it is, let's go! ∙ The gorgeous aroma spreads as you pour it into the glass. The first thing that jumps out at you is the green apple-like flavor. The sweetness then fades and the taste becomes dry and ricey. ☺️ The taste is crisp and tight and shows a high degree of perfection...! It's so delicious! What is this? It's so good, it's a horse 🐴. Well, it was rumored to be delicious, so I picked it up anyway and saw it, and it was my super favorite sake! I think I'm going to have to repeat this👍.

After carefully finishing the last bottle of Denshogiku, I next chose Tanaka Rokuugo! It was recommended by a relative of mine who is a drinker, so we went to meet him! The next one was Tanaka Rokugo 🍶. It's slightly slightly cloudy, not slightly carbonated, but it really does have a slight gassy feeling. When poured, it has a pear-like aroma. When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the sweet taste combined with the aroma. However, the sweetness is only at the beginning, and later it becomes dry, with a sharp taste and the aroma of rice and alcohol escaping into the nose. It was very tasteful with a slow and sharp taste 👍. Although there is a dry component, the overall impression is that it is a good introduction to dry sake because it is more modern 🫡. Finally! I got the cold chrysanthemum I was so excited about! 🥳 I've wanted this gem ever since I saw it featured in videos, etc. And it's an electric chrysanthemum from the Occasional series! Good thing there was just barely one left over at the liquor store 😭 Slightly carbonated The aroma is very sweet and gorgeous, and you can tell it's delicious even before you drink it! The sourness and deliciousness comes first, then the muscat-like sweetness spreads later, and gradually fades out with a slight bitterness at the end. The fact that it is crisp and does not leave a lingering aftertaste may be a factor in its success, and you can enjoy it in large gulps.......! U〜〜〜〜〜n! Too delicious! I've got you! (Goku) I was looking forward to it so much that I had raised the bar quite a bit, but I jumped over it easily...Omisoreshimashita 😌. I got it just in time this time, but next time I'd like to buy it with a little time to spare... lol!

A customer at work gave me this sake🍶. Ozeki is a brand that I knew even when I was not interested in sake at all. It's a standard item sold everywhere, even in convenience stores. It is a classic type of sake. The taste is light and has a sharpness like a dry sake at first, but later sweetness comes out and it goes smoothly down the throat. The taste of rice is strong. It has a strong rice flavor, but there may be a little bit of a tangy taste...? I usually only drank sakes that are sold at special sake stores, but this was the first time I tried a sake that is generally distributed to the public. ✨️ To be honest, I felt that there was a difference in quality. However, there may be some sake that suits me, so I would like to try various kinds of sake without any prejudice! 👍

My first Sake Mirai! I always wondered what it tasted like, so I bought Eiko-Fuji Sake Mirai 2023 🍶. What a first for Eiko-Fuji too lol! It's super fruity! It is full of sweetness until the end! Maybe the sweetest sake I've ever had... It tastes like melon. The taste is melon flavor, and you can enjoy the lingering aftertaste even after drinking. My first impression is that it is just sweet! Too sweet! I was like, "It's too sweet! Personally, I like things with a sour aftertaste, but this kind of straight modern is also quite tasty. ☺️ I would like to pick up another Sake Mirai if I see it again. I'm especially interested in the Mimuro Cedar...

Opened a bottle of Viridian that I have had since last October 🍶. It's been a while since I've had a bottle of Niimasa sake...! I was going to take good care of it and drink it slowly, but it was so delicious that it ran out quickly. As the description of the lot says, it has a melon flavor. I personally might have thought of muscat as well. The sweetness runs in the mouth, followed by a sourness that keeps it from being too sweet and refreshing. A little bit of carbonation. The reason why I thought it tasted like muscat at the first sip when I opened the bottle might be because of this gassy feeling...? Shinsei really never fails me! If I have the chance to get it again in the future, I will actively go for it! 💪.

A nearby liquor store had newly started carrying Mutsu Hachisen, so I bought a new bottle 🍶. Modern style. It has a strong sweetness with an apple-like flavor. Very easy to drink. I thought it would be a very classic Aomori sake, but it was sweet and very easy to drink! Might be my favorite... 🥳.

First because it is finally in season! Snowman! We opened the bottle just in time for my brother's return to my parents' house. We had it with sukiyaki for dinner! 🍶 The moment I opened the bottle, the carbonation started to rise and the more I mixed it with the nigori, the more it became more fizzy. I was a little surprised because I have never had a sake with this much carbonation before. The aroma of pear-like flavor spreads in the mouth. It tastes dry and together with the carbonation, it is very refreshing and easy to drink. I thought it was a modern type of sake at first, so I was betrayed in a good way! Personally, I thought it was a little thin. However, I felt that this drinkability is the secret of its popularity 👍. This is the second time for me to try Sentori's seasonal sake, but I think I prefer Kabutomushi...? LOL! However, I still think you can't go wrong with SENKYO!

Sakaya Hachibei was high on the Mie ranking. This time I bought a bottle of Shiboritate Junmai Sake! 👍 I saw in a video that the draft sake here is delicious! so my expectations were reasonably high before drinking it. It is a modern style sake, but the sweetness is controlled. The aftertaste is clean and easy to drink. Slightly carbonated Overall, it was a very refreshing and dangerous sake that you could easily enjoy.
