This time it's "Tenbi Junmai Ginjyo Usu Nigori" 🍶, also known as Momoten🍑. Also known as Momoten🍑⛅️ This is the first spring sake of the season and the first seasonal sake of Tenbi! Actually, I went to buy it last year but it was sold out.............................cry! This time, I went to the store with the stock information, so I was able to pick it up safely: ✌️ The aroma is already peachy! It's like getting a sparkling cocktail with peach as the main ingredient...! Is this really sake? It's too fresh! The sweetness is preceded by a soft sweetness, and then the acidity rushes in with the sweetness! 🌊. The overall soft taste reminds me of spring🌸. Spring~~ Spring yet to be seen 🌸 Cherry blossoms and Yumin ran through my mind...! The aroma is pleasant, but not too sweet, and the flavor is smooth. I'm sure I'll be a repeat customer! I'm sure I'll be back for more 😊.

This time it's "KUHEIJI YAMADA NISHIKI" (🍶) I was curious about Kuheiji, wasn't I? I've only ever had the Ni Usagi sake from Aichi, so I'm looking forward to seeing what it has to offer...! 😊 The aroma is half sweet and half alcoholic. The mouthfeel is quite dry 🍃. The alcohol taste that goes through the nose amplifies the excitement of drinking! The sweetness of the wine slowly rises as it rolls around in the mouth, adding an accent to the taste👍. The dryness is back with a thirst-quenching taste! It is refreshing with a crisp and refreshing taste! It's the best drunk! It's very drunken! It's a bit dry, but the dryness is very good! This time it was "Hashu Honor 50 horizon" 🍶. I bought this sake from the same liquor store as the previous Urasato! I went there more for this one 🦵. I'm not sure if there is any Kangiku in my neighborhood, so I have to go a little bit out of my way every time I visit the store... However, since I went all the way out here for this, I will enjoy it 🙏. The style is very much based on sweetness! The sweetness is the standard, and the thirst-quenching taste is refreshing with a strong acidity! ✨ The taste is reminiscent of lychee! The taste is reminiscent of lychee and lasts until the end 💪. Well, it's sweet... ❤️ This flavor is also a characteristic of Kangiku! I think the brewery's policy is to make mostly modern products, but I wonder how it will be when they develop more classic products... I'd love to taste it when it comes out! 👍

This time, I bought a bottle of "Urasato Light Nigori" (light nigori). I stopped by a liquor store a bit far from here on my way home from work and bought this bottle! It was introduced in a video a while ago as being delicious, and I've been curious about it for a long time! I'm going to have some now. The aroma is like cider 🩵✨. It's very smooth on the palate! I have the impression that nigori is basically more astringent, but since it's a light nigori, it's rounded and mildly suppressed! The sweetness is noticeable, but it is not too angular and blends well with the nigori! ☺️ Seriously, too much cider! LOL! I wish I could drink this in the summer: ☀️ I'm thankful for that because it seems to be a constant drink! It's great that you can buy this quality anytime...and the price is not that expensive, so I can recommend it to beginners 👍

I finally had a chance to meet him at an izakaya on a business trip! I was so happy 🏮! The food was delicious 🙏🙏🙏. The food was delicious 🙏🙏 and the sake matched very well, and there was a large selection of sake! I would have stayed for a long time if I didn't have limited time...! The aroma is slightly sweet. This time it was "Takihama Shiboritate Junmai Sake" 🍶. This is a bottle that came up when I asked for a new sake recommendation at my usual sake shop! This is one of my favorite brands of local sake. It's one of my favorite brands of locally brewed sake, and when it's recommended, it's got to be good 😋. The aroma is so luscious! It has a clear sweet aroma and you can feel the freshness before you even drink it💜. The sweetness is still there from the first sip! Consistent fresh grapefruit-like sweetness all the way down the throat...! It is very comfortable to drink! The sweetness base is also complemented by the umami, giving it a fresh, yet core flavor! Delicious! ✨ After all, local sake blends well ......!wryyy... This was one of the most fruity Takihama I've ever had👍. Thanks for the treat 🙏.

This time it is "Niidashi Zenshu Taru Sake"! 🍶. I drank this bottle at an izakaya on a business trip to Yokohama about 2 years ago and it left a lasting impression on me. I've been looking for it for a long time and finally found it in stock at a local liquor store! 👏. Yay! The aroma is sweet with a hint of wood. The sweetness is well pronounced on the palate, and the full-bodied acidity, which clearly reminds me of the ikuhashi-zukuri style, is well, delicious! 😍😍. The aroma of wood from the barrels that comes through to the nose as it goes down the throat! Is it cypress? This is irresistible! It makes me feel like I'm in the forest and is very relaxing. Thank you nature 🌱🙏🙏. It's still delicious! This is this, this is this, this! 👍👍👍 I remember when I got it at an izakaya (Japanese bar), I drank it by the square, and it made me feel more like a drunken person, but drinking it this time brought back those memories! I remember it so well this time! The last one I drank from Niida was melon, but this one made me like it even more! I'm sure there will be more to come, so I'll be sure to drink them as soon as I see them. ✋

This time I received "Echino Umezato" 🍶 from my brother. My brother gave it to me on New Year's Day. It's a gift from my brother! I'm looking forward to it 🐍. I've never heard of this brand, so I'm looking forward to it! The name of the brewery sounds amazing and has a big impact at this point lol! I've never heard of this brand, but I'm looking forward to it! It has a slightly melon taste and is delicious 😋. The bitter taste accentuates the tangy taste and leaves a refreshing aftertaste 🍃. I expected it to be dry because it is a Niigata sake, but it was a gutsy modern type! ✋ I guess Niigata has a good sweet sake as well...! I'd love to visit there at least once. This time it was "Sentori Yuki Daruma"! 🍶. This is the second time! The last time was at the end and beginning of last year. I felt like I drank it recently, but a year has already passed. Hmmm...so fast. Since this is the second time, I'll give a brief review. The quality of Sengoku is the same as ever! The bitterness and astringency of nigori are suppressed as much as possible, making it easy to drink. The silky sweetness was like yogurt. The taste was like yogurt with silky sweetness. The production quality is as high as last year's, which I can only say is a feat of excellence 👏.

The aroma is fluffy, but not showy and calm. It has half umami, half sweetness, and half sourness! I'm not sure how to describe it... 🌊.... Too much information! The label says it has a lemon flavor, well, it surely does 🤔. I drank it a few days after opening the package, and it seemed to have a slightly increased cloying taste...? It's a colorful bottle! Is it mixed juice? (No, it's not.) I can taste a lot at once, so the satisfaction is a flower circle! If you let it sit for a few days, it may taste a little bit like a bad taste, so try it while it's fresh! It's a bit like a "fresh" juice, so try it while it's still fresh! ✨

The best 👍 I've enjoyed these two enough at this point~! I am very grateful. The aroma itself is mild and refreshing. The taste is bold and robust! It has a dry taste and a dry throat, but it also has a deep taste with umami (flavor). It has a deep taste 🔥 ・It is refreshing and relatively easy to drink because it has a little bit of acidity! 😊 It's delicious! It has a cohesive taste, and it still has a certain elegance to it. This time it was "Ona Hiyoshi Oroshi" 🍶. It was included in a box at a liquor store event. I had been curious about Ona, so it was perfect 👍. The aroma of this sake is very promising 😋. The moment I put it in my mouth, it was an explosion of flavor! The more I explore the flavors, the more I enjoy the taste. The more you explore the flavors, the more they rush in and out, never knowing when to stop...the combo counter keeps spinning...(?) The combo counter keeps spinning.... I didn't expect something so full of flavor.... It is by far the best ever 😋😋😋. I'm going to have to try the regular sake next time...! ❤️

I haven't had any Sake for a while due to a business trip 😭 What was waiting for me on my return, exhausted from sake loss, was a "Kitaichi Junmai Daiginjo" souvenir from Hokkaido where my parents went on a trip during their business trip 🍶. I was so thankful! (I wish I could have gone to Hokkaido normally, though!) (I wish I could have gone to Hokkaido, though!) It's a sake that's hard to find even if you look it up, it's like The Local Sake! Now, take me to Hokkaido~! The aroma reminds me of a dry sake with a hint of alcohol. The mouthfeel is also dry! 💥. The throat is quite straight, with a strong sake-like sensation! It's clean and refreshing 😆. However, after a while, the umami comes in later and the taste becomes a little fruity! But after a while, the umami comes in and it tastes a little fruity! The sharp taste and fruity flavor, including umami, reminded me of the cold snowy fields and the lush green northern land! Such enthusiastic PR makes me want to go to Hokkaido! 🐮⛰

This time it was "Ganki Hiyoshi Oroshi" 🍶. Since I like many Yamaguchi sake, I was curious about this one as well. I asked the sake shop owner for a recommendation for hiyaoroshi, and the result was Ganki! I heard it's a classic flavor, but what do you think...! The aroma is fruity. The aroma is fruity, but the mouthfeel is dry! The first taste is umami, and the throat is refreshing! The aftertaste is firm and you can enjoy the lingering aftertaste. ☺️ The aftertaste remains firm and lingering! It has a dry throat and a refreshing aftertaste. It also has a dry throat and makes you feel full. I don't think I'll be able to drink hiyaoroshi very often this fall due to personal reasons, but I think this is one bottle that left quite an impression on me. ☺️

This time it's Sentori Organic Naturals! I love Sentori 🍶. I love Sentori, don't I? I've always wanted to drink Organic Naturals! Here we go.......! Let's go! The aroma is sweet and mellow! The overall flavor is sweet! The flavor is quite on the top and voluptuous for a Senkou 😋. It has a banana-like sweetness! It has a sweetness like banana! It also has a little sourness. 🙆‍♀️ The sweetness and umami are intertwined with each other, and you can enjoy the aftertaste for a long time after you finish drinking ✨. I felt that this is what you get when you express the boldness in Sengoku! But firmly modern and easy to drink! To be honest, I quite liked it and drank it all up in 2 days.......tohogisu! I must drink more Sentori since the brand renewal seems to be approaching 🍶🍶.

The 50th commemorative bottle is "Matsuya Jiken"! 🍶 It's the brand of the ozura that brews Ryuki. I asked the liquor store if they had any recommendations with a sour taste, and this one came up. He said it was a bit odd, but I wonder what it tastes like..! The aroma is very sour! It tastes like vinegar...! The mouthfeel is smooth, but...it's just so sour! The acidity spreads as you swallow! If you swallow it in one gulp, it will make you swell up 😂. However! This sourness is addictive! I can't stop, I can't stop, I can't stop. After drinking it for a while, your mouth will naturally crave acid! 😆 ... And it's even better with a meal 👍 The acidity is well mixed with the sake and food when served alternately! It was also very good with sour food! ✋ Well, it was an unexpected taste! LOL! I thought sour would be something light like Shinmasa or Senkou... a true oddity 😳. I did a little research on this sake and found out that it was named "Jiken" because it had an unintended quality during production that made it taste different from the brand image of "Ryuki" 🤔.
