This time we had "Gakki Masamune Dewa Sanzan Chutori". This is the second time I've had Gakki Masamune's sake! The last time I had FUZZYGREEN, which was fresh and extremely tasty! We have high expectations for this one as well! ✨ The first time I had it, it was FUZZYGREEN, and it was fresh and delicious! The palate is strong and sweet, with a firm richness as well as a thirst-quenching finish. The taste is like a darker sweetness of lychee! However, the impression is completely changed by the sake and astringency that comes later. It was The Instrument Masamune, wasn't it? It was umamama! 🎵 Thank you for the treat 🙏.

This time I'll be drinking "Shinmasa Amageru" 🍶💥. This is my first time drinking sparkling sake! First time with Ame gaeru...very extravagant now 😊. I'm going to have a quick drink before the carbonation is gone! Sparkling! I was staring at it for 15 minutes before I could open it. I was staring at it for 15 minutes while I was trying to open it...! The longing to drink it, but not being able to open it yet, raises my expectations even higher! The aroma is so strong, and the mouthfeel is so sweet and fragrant 🩵💙. The super strong acidity and carbonation makes your mouth feel like a petit dance club 💃. I honestly thought the sweetness would be stronger, but other than that, it's moderate. (Possibly paralyzed by the above club. Or perhaps it is. Sweet enough.)

This time it is "Mimuro Cedar Dio Abita" 🍶. I was really interested in this sake! I heard that it has won various awards and is highly praised by the authorities in the sake industry... 🙆‍♀️ I'm tempted to drink it! Atabo! I'll have some! Thank you! The aroma is subdued, but you can taste the sweetness. 🙏 From the first sip, it's already a parade of sweetness and deliciousness! 🙌🏮. The acidity also helps to make it a very cohesive wine. This time it is "Amego no Tsuki Junmai Daiginjyo" 🍶. It was very hard to find this Ame-go-Tsuki in my neighborhood. It was a rare chance to find it at a local liquor store, so I drank it for the first time 🎉. It has a lychee-like sweetness. The sweetness is not too strong and the acidity afterwards cuts through the flavor nicely. The initial sweetness is top class though! The instantaneous firepower is outrageous! 💥. Wow sweetness~! Then the sweetness quickly cuts off, and the dryness slowly comes in! 🤡. This switch between extremes...! It's like B'z's "Calling" (?). In any case, it was delicious. Thank you for the food 🙏.

Glad I was able to buy it! ✨ I don't see it listed anywhere, but it's a light nigori? I'm sure it's a light nigori. Very fragrant! Fruity! The moment you put it in your mouth, the carbonation and acidity are refreshing! It is not a flavor that lingers for a long time, but rather, it pops and goes away quickly. The sweet flavor comes in afterwards. The watermelon-like or white wine-like taste is the best! It's a great wine! Stupidly good....... This is the most shocking sake I've had this year. ...... I hate summer, but I welcome summer sake! This is the first such bottle of the year! This is my first time drinking Nanbu Bijin's seasonal sake! Itadakas! The aroma is a refreshing summer breeze 🌴☀️ The weak acidity in the mouth makes the whole sake light and easy to drink! The overall flavor profile of this sake is light, yet deep and full-flavored. It is light, yet deep in flavor...a very well made sake! It has a summery, easy-drinking summer sake character, but the main flavor is umami, which makes it quite interesting! Summer sake is often drunk like a juice, but this sake is so mild that it makes you want to drink it slowly. It's great to drink while lounging around during the Bon Festival or something 👍.

This time it was "Sasasamune Hiroshima Senbon Nishiki" (🍶). I was embarrassed, but when I saw the Hiroshima part on the label, I thought, "Oh, it's a Hiroshima sake. I've never had it so I might give it a try." I picked it up thinking, "I've never had this before, so I'll give it a try. It seems to be a Fukushima sake. Thank you very much for your help. The aroma is light, but it has a richness that gives the impression of alcohol and rice deep in the mouth! The first thing that jumps out at you is the sweetness! This time it was AKABU Junmai Ginjo🍶. I bought it because I remembered that I hadn't had any of AKABU's regular sake. I've been wanting to drink more AKABU, but it's a bad thing that I've only had one bottle... I hope I can spurt it out more in the future! 💪. The ginjo aroma spreads immediately after the bottle is opened. The sweetness is already running through my brain! The sweetness is so strong that it is almost as strong as the sweetness in the mouth! However, the sake and astringency are as big as the sweetness...! It is like an athlete who has trained and expanded all over the place! It's like an athlete who has worked out all over the place! The more you let it sit for a day, the more it strengthens and becomes incredibly satisfying! The standard of AKABU is very high! It's like getting a sparkling cocktail with peach as the main ingredient...! Is this really sake? It's too fresh! The sweetness is preceded by a soft sweetness, and then the acidity rushes in with the sweetness! 🌊. The overall soft taste reminds me of spring🌸. This time it was "Hashu Honor 50 horizon" 🍶. I bought this sake from the same liquor store as the previous Urasato! I went there more for this one 🦵. I'm not sure if there is any Kangiku in my neighborhood, so I have to go a little bit out of my way every time I visit the store... However, since I went all the way out here for this, I will enjoy it 🙏. The style is very much based on sweetness! The sweetness is the standard, and the thirst-quenching taste is refreshing with a strong acidity! ✨ The taste is reminiscent of lychee! The taste is reminiscent of lychee and lasts until the end 💪. Well, it's sweet... ❤️ This flavor is also a characteristic of Kangiku! This time, I bought a bottle of "Urasato Light Nigori" (light nigori). I stopped by a liquor store a bit far from here on my way home from work and bought this bottle! It was introduced in a video a while ago as being delicious, and I've been curious about it for a long time! I'm going to have some now. The aroma is like cider 🩵✨. It's very smooth on the palate! I have the impression that nigori is basically more astringent, but since it's a light nigori, it's rounded and mildly suppressed! The sweetness is noticeable, but it is not too angular and blends well with the nigori! ☺️ Seriously, too much cider! LOL! I wish I could drink this in the summer: ☀️ I'm thankful for that because it seems to be a constant drink! It's great that you can buy this quality anytime...and the price is not that expensive, so I can recommend it to beginners 👍

This time it was "Takihama Shiboritate Junmai Sake" 🍶. This is a bottle that came up when I asked for a new sake recommendation at my usual sake shop! This is one of my favorite brands of local sake. It's one of my favorite brands of locally brewed sake, and when it's recommended, it's got to be good 😋. The aroma is so luscious! It has a clear sweet aroma and you can feel the freshness before you even drink it💜. The sweetness is still there from the first sip! Consistent fresh grapefruit-like sweetness all the way down the throat...! It is very comfortable to drink! The sweetness base is also complemented by the umami, giving it a fresh, yet core flavor! Delicious! ✨ After all, local sake blends well ......!wryyy... This was one of the most fruity Takihama I've ever had👍. Thanks for the treat 🙏.
