Sakaya Hachibei was high on the Mie ranking. This time I bought a bottle of Shiboritate Junmai Sake! 👍
I saw in a video that the draft sake here is delicious! so my expectations were reasonably high before drinking it.
It is a modern style sake, but the sweetness is controlled.
The aftertaste is clean and easy to drink.
Slightly carbonated
Overall, it was a very refreshing and dangerous sake that you could easily enjoy.
