v0ru.
This time our local sake "Hanzo" 🍶.
I bought it because I also wanted to buy one of the local spring sakes. How does it taste?
The aroma is mellow and full of hidden flavor.
It is a classic type of sake. It is dry for a junmai daiginjo.
It has a dry taste with a hint of sweetness, but the rest of the taste is dry and crisp with the umami of the rice! It seems to be excellent as a food sake 👏.
I heard somewhere that most spring sake is low-alcohol, sour and light, but this one is all the other way around. 😅
The only label looks like a spring sake... lol.
It's a delicious sake, so I'm sure it will make your hanami dishes stand out 🌸
