I've been curious about this for a while, so I got a bottle of Niidashi Zenshi Shu Meron 3.33.
It wasn't that much of a melon😅.
The owner of the sake shop said the same thing.
Regardless of that, it's sweet, tasty, fruity, and delicious❗.
The mouthfeel is thick, a bit gassy, and it disappears leaving a slightly sweet aftertaste.
I don't think I could detect any acidity or sharpness.
I think it is not a sake for a meal, but a dessert sake for before or after a meal.
The only time I drink it is when I'm having dinner, so I'll drink it regardless 😋😋😋.
